This house has tons of character, is very clean, and is in a great location within walking distance to shops & restaurants downtown. The large dining room was a great place to gather around for drinks, games and laughs with friends.
We stayed at the house for a quick overnight to attend a high school event early the next morning. We arrived around 8 the night before and had such a cozy night relaxing and chatting until turning in for the night. Plenty of space for 6 ladies! Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!!

This house is beautiful, and the host, Andrea, is very responsive to any questions you might have. Easy check in and out. I was traveling with friends from The Netherlands. They wished they could buy the house, haha!
Beautiful and well-maintained home. Everything was well stocked - bathrooms, kitchen and games. My family stayed here during a family wedding and because everything was so well stocked, it was easy to attend all of the wedding activities and not worry about anything. All beds and AC were comfortable. Location is right off the town’s main square with lots of cute shops and cafes.
Was in town for a wedding and it provided the perfect retreat between rehearsal, setup and wedding.
The house has great charm/character and matches the ambience of Pella.
We met up with friends to enjoy Pella and everyone was impressed with this beautiful property. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is ideal, and downtown was walking distance for us. What a beautiful historic home with character and comfort. We loved our time and will return for another stay.
We had 6 family members traveling from California, Georgia and Pennsylvania to visit family in a nearby small town. This historic home in Pella was perfect for our stay. We all had private rooms and the common areas were spacious enough to accommodate us all. We walked into downtown Pella daily for the restaurants and shopping, super convenient! Would definitely book again!
Our family loved this charming home for our first time visit to Pella for the Tulip Festival weekend. The location was perfect for walking to all the festivities. The decor was beautiful, clean, and modern, but not losing the authenticity of the historical look and feel of the home. We will definitely be back!

Hi! My name is Andrea. I'm a working professional but also a real estate lover. I love to travel, paint, eat great food and spend time with my family.
Why they chose this property
This property is so special. It was built in 1892 by the owners of the Pella Dairy which was called the Clover Leaf Dairy. It has a ton of historic charm but with modern furnishing that make this house a home. I love that this home brings people together to enjoy everything Pella has to offer.
What makes this property unique
The Pella Downtown Square is 3 blocks from the house. Enjoy a short walk to the park, shopping, or out to dinner.
