About this property

Mountain View Estates sets on the top mountain overlooking the Sandia Mountains with a 180 degree view from the front deck. This is one on the best view. It is very private and a quite set in the Mountains with a hiking trail out the back gate. It is 15 min to Albuquerque, 25 min to airport and 55 min to Santa Fe. In addition, the supermarket, cafes, restaurant are 1 mile away, and the historic mining towns of Golden, Madrid & Cerillos, and national forest trails are a few miles away. Adventure seekers and nature lovers will adore this beautiful home for your New Mexico explorations and family vacation.
This house is a 4br 4 bath with 2 master bedrooms sleeps 10 and this home has been newly remodeled. This home has 2 large decks in the front and rear for entertaining and barbecuing. The 4 bedrooms include 1 Master suite with a King size bed with private bath, 1 Master suite with a Queen size bed with private bath, 2 bedrooms that share 1 bath. 2 cots to put in game room. This will sleep 10 guests.
For the kids or adults there is a game room with a TV, 3 video games and a pool table. For your baby, we prepare the hair chair and the “pack’n play on the go play yard” to keep them safe and comfy and make you easy. If you like cooking, it has fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Also, the great experience is to sit in our two decks or by the outdoor firepit to enjoy the beautiful sun set and sun rise. It makes you feel peaceful, cozy and relax.

The house is next to our Mountain View Estates NORTH house, book both houses, great for family reunion, group events, wedding reception. Enjoy your stay at either/both Mountain View Estates and Mountain View Estates NORTH houses.

Birthday Getaway

My two sisters and I rented this Cedar Crest home to spend a few days with our mother on her 80th birthday. We had a great time in the well appointed house that is just close enough to good restaurants while still feeling private and secluded. The views are indescribable. We’ll book again.

Great vacation getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We came for the balloon fiesta, and wanted a place large enough to accommodate our family and our dogs. The bedrooms were spacious, and there were plenty of bathrooms to fit our needs. Our adult kids and grandkids loved the game room, and we all loved the views!! The only issue we really had was having enough hot water for everyone and the internet service lagged quite a bit, so we had to use a lot of our hot spot data for the kids to use their tablets or for us to watch tv without it buffering. Though we really only spent 1 day where we sat around, so it worked out okay! The house was very clean and comfortable, and we would most definitely stay here again. Caid was very responsive with my questions and was great in giving recommendations for the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we look forward to staying here again in the future!!
