Great property, great host!

Everything was just as the host said it would be. She was easy to communicate with, and was always prompt to return calls and take care of our needs. Being seniors navigating "smart devices" isn't always easy. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I would recommend staying here if you want to visit the Treasure Coast. Thanks Sophiea for your patience and kindness.

Fun Time

This house is very roomy. With 8 adults & 2 kids we never felt like we were tripping over each other. The garage game room area was a blessing for the 7 & 8yr olds. They had their own personal play room equipped with TV & toys. The guys were in a golf tournament & with the extreme heat lately, the pool was very refreshing. And all beds were very comfortable. Communication with Sophiea was always quick & check in could not have been more easy.

Enjoyable stay

Our favorite aspect of this rental was the heated pool. We took advantage of the late checkout which was a huge plus. The fenced yard offered privacy and was awesome for our dog. We enjoyed our stay & were able to explore the many beaches and parks in the area.

I moved to Florida about 10 Years ago and decided I wanted to provide properties for people to have the same incredible beachy experience I received when visiting. We now have two properties located in Fort Pierce for rent on both Airbnb and VRBO.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is very safe and welcoming for families and groups of friends. The neighbors are mostly older and keep to themselves. It's the perfect place for a relaxing oasis within a Golf-Course Community.

What makes this property unique

We have elevated our property to higher standards, we are always updating things, such as entire renovation in June 2022, new bathrooms Sept. 2023, new appliances, and basic home appeal.
