The expansive southern-facing lanai provides beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. This well-appointed split concept home sleeps 6 and features a large master suite, a second bedroom suite including a large bathroom that has direct access to the pool area, 2 large living rooms with sleeper sofas and retracting sliding glass doors, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and a 2 car garage stocked with 2 bikes, fishing rods, beach chairs and umbrellas. It also includes a private dock and 10,000 lb boat lift with quick access to the Interceptor Lagoon, Charlotte Harbor and Gulf of Mexico. The location of this home is perfect with only a few minutes drive to beaches, restaurants, golf courses, entertainment and much more!
