Apartment Madlen:
The comfortably furnished apartment Madlen convinces with its stylish old building atmosphere and offers you on approx. 30m ² space for 2 persons. Via the 5 steps in the corridor you reach the bathroom as well as the back of the apartment, where you can find the cozy kitchen with access to the small combined living / sleeping area.
Welcome to the Baltic Sea! The fantastic location of our apartments Elena, Klara and Madlen, in the heart of Warnemünde, offers all the conditions for a relaxing holiday. Be awakened by the seagulls, linger on the white sandy beach just 350 meters away or stroll along the promenade. Afterwards you can enjoy a great shopping experience at the Alter Strom in numerous boutiques. Our villa in a beautiful spa architecture offers all the possibilities for a relaxing holiday. The lovingly and maritime furnished apartments offer space for 2 to 3 people. Our apartments are exclusively reserved for non-smokers. We are happy to provide parents with infants a high chair and a travel cot for a surcharge. The bicycles can be accommodated in the courtyard (closed) or in the basement. There are the usual fees for visitor's tax in Warnemünde, which we charge separately. The reservation of a parking space is only possible upon availability and on request. We wish you a wonderful holiday and want you to feel comfortable with us. Arrival from 15 o'clock departure till 10 o'clock 30% down payment within 7 days after reservation on the account, remaining payment 4 weeks before arrival on the account. A deposit of 100 euros will be charged with the tax by the landlord. The landlord writes you.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 22:00 and departures from 05:00 to 10:00.
