Fully remodeled modern condo in the heart of Scottsdale, walking distance to Old Town. Top floor privacy with view to the pool from your private balcony where you can relax and enjoy nature. Great location, walking distance to many shops and dinning options.
Take a short stroll to Old Town Scottsdale Entertainment District. Explore the area, if you enjoy outdoors check out Chaparral Park nearby, a 100-acre park, which includes a fishing lake, sports court and playground. Best shopping experience in nearby Fashion Square Mall.
When you are tired of shopping, take a dip in the resort style heated pool and hot tub in the complex. Condo comfortably sleeps 2-4. Comfortable king bed in master bedroom and queen sofa bed in living room. If you feel like staying in you can cook in the newly remodeled and fully stocked kitchen. There is also outdoor grills available.
Full laundry room is just a couple doors down.
Flat screen smart TVs with cable, including premium channels, in living room and bedroom, plus high speed WIFI. Assigned covered parking included.

The condo was in a wonderful location, close to many great activities such as the Phoenix Zoo, hiking trails, Old Town Scottsdale, shopping, and more. Easy to find - great amenities

When we first pulled up the buildings looked pretty dated but it was very nice inside! The pool and hot tub were very nice! Gym was good too.
