Gather around the dining table or step outside to the porch and fire pit for alfresco dining and relaxation.
When it's time to unwind, curl up in the cozy living room or explore the selection of card games, books, and Roku streaming entertainment for both adults and kids. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all used beds, fold the quilts put them on the side. Put the dirty linens and used towels in the laundry baskets and store them close to the washing machine in the hallway.
Rinse w/dish sop all used kitchen utensils (Put food particles, used cooking oil/grease in a jar and put in the trash as we don't have garbage disposal. Load them in the dishwasher and kindly run it.
Check all your belongings, make sure nothing is left behind, as anything left at the house will be in the trash. Turn off the lights, turn off AC and push the lock button when you leave. Thank you!

The house has 3- porches. Airconditioned glass enclosed, screened and open air porches. Beautiful Sunrise, peaceful, calming and relaxing view of the serene water at the lake. Our neighborhood is very peaceful, nice and quite often featuring beautiful sunsets and birds around.
Due to unpredictable weather, you may experienced power outages, the house doesn’t have standby generator. Weather conditions and road/neighbor’s construction projects are beyond hosts control.
