-The 2-room apartment (60 sqm) is centrally located in Partenkirchen and is a 10-minute walk from the center. The apartment is on the 1st Floor and from the panoramic window you can enjoy the view of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze.
The living room with large seating and additional sofa bed
 (1.60 m wide x 2.00 m long) for 2 people, dining table for 6 people, flat screen, radio with CD player and Bluetooth function invites you to relax.
The fitted kitchen including Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, kettle is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180x200 cm and large closet.
The municipality of Garmisch-Partenkirchen requires a spa fee of 3 euros per adult and day / children and adolescents from the age of 6. Year of life up to the age of 16 Year of life 1 euro per person per day.
This amount is payable to the landlord on arrival.
