Due to the excellent location and the manifold possibilities in the adjoining 4 **** hotel Mercure our vacation home is ideal for a sportive vacation, as well as for a relaxed wellness stay: hiking trails, nearby ski slopes and trails, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, fitness room, massages , Bike rental, tennis court, sunbathing area. Hotel restaurant with breakfast buffet u. Daily ticket.
Our comfortable 50 m² 2 room holiday apartment is designed for 1-3 persons. Living room with sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and large wall unit. Bathroom with bath-shower and toilet. Separate hallway. From our south-west loggia and from the living room and bedroom you have a magnificent panoramic view. You will also find peace and relaxation in the garden with sunbathing area. Free parking. For a fee: indoor pool, sauna, fitness, bike rental, tennis, washing machine / dryer. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is accessible via a lift. In a short distance to our apartment you will find a supermarket, a bus stop and the historic Ludwigstrasse with restaurants and many small shops.
