Beachfront Private Pool Home - A "Gold Standard Facility"

We are a Gold Standard facility approved and listed under Saum's Landing, Placencia, Belize. Our home in Placencia accommodates four guests comfortably and is situated on a white sandy beach, spilling directly into the turquoise Caribbean Sea. The rental includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a queen-size sofa bed, two full bathrooms, and a large living room with panoramic sea views. Features include large picture windows overlooking the ocean and islands, a dining area, a full kitchen, ceiling fans, air conditioning, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The outdoor space offers a patio with lounge chairs and a dining table, a palapa for outdoor dining, a BBQ, and a three-story observation tower for viewing sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the lagoon. Guests may swim, snorkel, fish, sunbathe, or relax under the palapa. For the adventurous, we provide two kayaks for your use. Placencia offers exceptional diving, snorkeling, and fishing, and boasts the best beaches in Belize. Local businesses provide daily excursions, including sailing, cave tubing, jungle tours, and visits to Mayan ruins. The local waters are renowned for permit, bonefish, tarpon, and various other species. Belize features the world's second-largest barrier reef and numerous offshore islands, known as cayes, which offer exceptional diving and snorkeling in the clear Caribbean waters.

From Placencia Airport, you may rent a car or take a taxi to our beach house. Alternatively, a five-minute cab ride will take you to Los Porticos, where car, bicycle, and golf cart rentals are available.

U.S. currency is accepted everywhere at a 2:1 exchange rate, and English is the official language.

Please allow one full day between guest stays. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (barring travel delays), and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
