We are located in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

Refund Policy: If you cancel 90 days prior to arrival a 20% penalty is charged; you forfeit your deposit on cancellations less than 90 days unless we can re-book your dates. If we re-book, your money will be refunded. Always consider travel insurance.

Villa Sirenetta is located in Belmont Estates just above the two best beaches in Tortola (Smuggler's Cove and Long Bay). 5 minute drive or short walk.

We provide everything you need for a day at the beach, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels.

Panoramic views enjoyed from the spacious bedrooms and alfresco dining balconies.

Villa Sirenetta (The Mermaid) is a spacious three-bedroom villa nestled in the lush hillside of Belmont Estates in Tortola’s West End. Enjoy the best of outdoor living with breathtaking views of Long Bay Beach and Smuggler's Cove which sit just below the villa.

Sirenetta is fully air-conditioned with three spacious bedrooms on two levels, well separated for privacy. On Sirenetta’s main level, the great room looks out to the sea under an expansive covered veranda perfect for romantic outdoor dining and lounging.

The great room has an open-plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar seating and a separate dining table. All of the Villa’s handmade furnishings are imported from Bali.

The great room is flanked by two master suites. Each suite has a furnished private balcony, flat-panel TV with DVD player and AC.

Other amenities include bath robes, luxurious Italian linens and W Hotel Heavenly mattresses in each room. Each upper level suite has a private bathroom with shower.

The lower level pool decks include a covered poolside alfresco dining area, barbecue grill, kitchenette complete with wet bar and gas range. There is a lower level half bathroom and a convenient private outdoor shower.

The pool level bedroom is complete with sitting area, Queen bed and queen futon, TV/DVD and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Beaches: Smugglers Cove and Long Bay Beach (5 minute drive—less than 2 km). Apple Bay and Cane Garden Bay are a short drive away. Four wheel drive vehicle recommended to reach the property. This is a non smoking home.

Rate includes 1 mid week cleaning for stays of 5 days or more. Additional cleaning available at a charge. Personal laundry service is provided during mid week cleaning.

Private Chef service available at additional cost. Villa can be provisioned with groceries and beverages prior to your arrival at additional cost. In house spa services are available at additional charge

Our stay was all that we had hoped for. Comfortable place, very spacious and functional. The host was friendly and full of knowledge for where to go both for entertainment and shopping. The views were amazing and we are so happy we got to stay in this home.

Villa Sirenetta stay

Great house with a nice pool on the West End of Tortola. It was convenient to Soper's Hole, the ferry dock at a West End, and Several beaches on the North side of the island. The property manager Sylvia was terrific! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect Villa for our family.

This was a very nice Villa for our family. Sylvia was excellent and took care of everything. Smugglers Cove was our favorite beach and was right below us. We would come back to this same place.

We stayed for a week at this property and had a fantastic time. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and space to make meals. The grill got used a few times, nothing fancy but it’s clean and it gets the job done! There are plenty of beach towels, and toiletries on site. The property is very private, all of the greenery around the house makes it feel as though there are no houses around you. The view is fantastic! The west end of the island is definitely a quieter side and we were very happy with how close we were to many beaches. Only negative we found was the seating indoors isn’t the most comfortable, but we spent most of our time outside on the patio or in the pool. Your not there to hang out indoors! All of the patio spaces were great! With two patio areas your provided lots of options to sit and enjoy the great view. Sylvia and Randy we’re so pleasant to deal with. We had some issues with luggage not making it to our destination and Sylvia was able to help us direct the taxi driver to find the Villa when the luggage came in. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again!

Great Location for a Quiet Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sirenetta! It was our first time in the BVI, but we made the right decision, re: location. Our favorite beach in Tortola, Smuggler's Cove, is a ten minute walk down the hill (it's a pretty big hill!). And there are a handful of good restaurants nearby as well. The pool was clean and gave us a great view, and we spent a ton of time lounging on the upper deck, where the view is even better. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa and view

ONLY negatives were the state of the roads on Tortola, which the homeowner has no control over, and a 'friendly' iguana left us several gifts in and around the pool, which had to be cleaned 3-4 days our of our 7 day stay. Otherwise, perfect!

A True Gem of a stay!

Our experience at this property was absolutely wonderful. The stunning views were the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless,and beautifully maintained, thanks to Silvia,who truley went above and beyond to make your stay memorable.Siliva provided exceptional care throughout our visit. My sister left behind some jewelry. Silvia found it and made sure it was returned to her. Her honesty and compassion truly makes her the jewel of this property!

Nice property w great view and good help. Owner needs to update the following items. Toaster doesn’t work No TVs are smart and two are just DVDsToilet flappers need replaced - a leaky toilet means no water in the cistern. Which happened to us. They have washer and dryer but you can’t use it- the door is kept locked. Microwave has very little powerLimited kitchen utensils and bowls. These little items just became aggravating and landlord should address these. Everything else is great. Just something g to watch out for.

Island Getaway

Overall we had a great time. The downstairs room was musty and damp. No one wanted to stay down there. But the views were amazing, the location was great, the house was clean and Sylvia was fantastic! Thank you for a great week.

A Slice of Paradise

This is the property to stay in and leave all your troubles behind! Very well appointed with multiple balconies and a pool. We spent hours outside taking advantage of the balcony fans to keep most mosquitoes away. AC indoors was perfect when we wanted to cool down. The view from the house overlooks Long Bay beach and the surf. Having coffee and staring at the ocean or having drinks and watching the sunset - a great escape from winter!

Excellent house with a great pool and exceptional views. The villa was immaculate when I arrive and very nicely furnished. Sylvia greeted me and walked me through all of the details of the villa. She was one of the best parts of the stay. Sylvia went out of her way to bring me a case of water after I had forgotten it while shopping. The grocery stores are not very close and I did not rent a car. She also stopped in mid week to clean and do some laundry for me. She also brought someone to take care of a problem with the outdoor grill which was the only issue I had all week. September is a slow month for Tortola with no crowds which was perfect for my plans for a quiet and relaxing vacation. I walked down to Long Bay Beach and Smuggler's Cove and I almost had the beaches to myself. I highly recommend Smuggler's Cove and Patricia's Beach Bar. The road to the villa is very steep but not too difficult to walk if you take your time. I did use Eric, Sylvia's recommended taxi driver, for a few trips to and from the ferry ports for trips to the other BVI islands. Taxis are a little expensive for just one person but Eric's punctuality and dependability made it definitely worth it. I would definitely stay at Villa Sirenetta again although I would probably rent a car next time to see more of the island.

We had a great time at Villa Sirenetta! The house had everything we needed and the view from all of the decks was absolutely amazing. Sylvia was a great on the island resource! I would definitely recommend getting groceries delivered before you arrive for the week. The roads are also VERY rural near the home, with many switchbacks - so just prepare yourself for an adventure! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This villa has the most gorgeous views and we took advantage of them for many meals on the patio and just to relax with a drink watching the sunset. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, although we did bring some stuff from home, but we did shop at the local grocery as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach and the local marina! Smugglers Cove is absolutely beautiful and was pretty empty! We ventured out to Cane Garden Bay about 30 min drive from the villa due to some road construction which was much busier but pretty too! We also took advantage of the ferry to Virgin Gorda to visit the Baths, which we highly recommend and also went on a boat trip to the Indians and the caves to go snorkeling around Norman Island. We would definitely consider staying here again! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Great Time at Villa Sirenetta

Just stayed at Villa Sirenetta with friends and an outstanding time. The villa is set up with top notch amenities and a perfect layout for multiple couples or large families (each of three bedrooms has its own bath). The villa is located close to the beach and many real good places to eat. We enjoyed Coal Pot, Banakeet and even had a inexpensive dinner supplied by the ladies that cook on the weekend across from Coal Pot. The generator came in handy for several hours while they were tending the power lines. We never missed a beat. Killer sunsets too.

Private and Relaxing

This is our 5th trip to Villa Sirenetta. It is such a great villa, conveniently located, well maintained, very clean, with many little amenities that help make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed the quick drive down to the beach and just relaxing on the balconies. During our stay the power company shut power in the area to do tree maintenance along the power lines. Fortunately, the back up generator kicked in and we were able use water, wifi, etc without interruption. We will be back again!

Unbelievable Trip

If you are planning a trip to Tortola you will not be disappointed renting this villa. Everything about the house was great. The a/c was a huge plus. We rented the villa for the week and can not wait to make a return trip with friends. Leanne stayed in touch in the months leading up to our trip making sure we knew about ferry services and she even handled our car rental logistics for us. She made it so that all we had to do was show up and enjoy. Again, the house and views are incredible and you will not be disappointed.

Girls getaway

After a week of sailing and scuba diving Villa Sirenetta was a breath of fresh air. What incredible views! The villa was gorgeous and the bedrooms all private. The villa was stocked with everything you could need. Sylvia greated us, showed us all around and was just a godsend. She picked up provisions for us and even gave us a ride down to the beach when she came to do our midweek cleaning. Picked us up when she was done. She was a joy and made our stay just perfect. We will be back!

Wonderful House, great location

My wife and I returned to Tortola after Honeymooning there 20 years prior. We were looking for a quiet place to get away, but close enough to the beaches and other island activities. Villa Sirenetta was beyond our expectations, with the spectatular views from the entire house, great pool and decks for relaxing and grilling and top flight amenities throughout the house. We were definitiely glad we had rented a 4-wheel jeep that allowed us quick access to the great beaches at Smuggler's and Long bay. We also enjoyed being close to the West End and Soper's Hole providing quick access to Daysail options and the restauarants like D'Best Cup, Fish and Lime and Frenchman's clubhouse. We had a great time and paln to return soon!
