Blue Bird Hideaway affords you the best of both worlds. Immerse yourselves in nature with the birds, the bees and the bears, breath in the fresh mountain air. But just park your car in your personal, private driveway and head out on foot to the E. Parkway, to take in all that Downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. But there’s more, Blue Bird Hideaway, as a part of our amazing Mountain Brook community, gives you and your travel party access to the community heated pool and gym. Need more space, planning something special to add to your vacation experience, go ahead and bring more family and friends with you, just rent our sister cabin, Red Oak Hideaway, located right next door!

Fall wedding

Three couples stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a fall wedding. We had a great time. And the cabin was an easy walk to town! It was clean, and every couple had plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect to go to gatlinburg on foot. Parking anywhere in gatlinburg is 15 to 20 bucks so leave vehicle at cabin. Cabin itself is a great layout with a big kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Newer, clean property walking distance to Gatlinburg. Be prepared to walk the incline back to the property or take an Uber, but nice central location to Gatlinburg. Great location for the National Park also. Nice to have a bathroom off each bedroom, and really enjoyed the hot tub after days hiking.

The property is great. It's a 10 minute walk from the center of Gatlinburg. The 3 bedrooms are all nice-sized and have their own bathrooms, the outdoor space is great. It feels way bigger than it looks in the pictures. We had a great time and would recommend to families or to multiple couples who want to have their own space.

It was a great cabin! It was very clean and the parking was nice. My only complaint is that it may be a 5 min walk down, but with the hill it is not a 5 min walk back up which is a little misleading on the website. Overall, we had a very nice weekend, and I would stay there again.

Beautiful Home, Close to Everything!

The cabin is beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen, sitting on the deck, and relaxing in the hot tub. The cabin was very kid friendly - they provided baby gates, and even a pack n play. The check-in/out process and the information provided by the management company was seamless. We so enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Nice place for families

This was a quick get away for us ( 3 days ). The cabin was clean and had everything that we needed. It also had a baby pop up bed that was a lifesaver and a baby gate for the stairs which was great! The location is a nice walk to the strip. It is an incline back..but not to terrible- helps your walk off all that food! We would love to stay here again. The beds were also very comfy.
