This home includes utilities, wireless internet, TV, cookware, dishes, linens, washer and dryer, weekly maid service, purified water, as well as use of the community pool, hot tub, and gym.
Enjoy beautiful weather, swimming, great restaurants, music events, golf, tennis, pickleball , art classes and so much more close to this well appointed rental.
A small pet will be considered, with pet deposit.
Due to community rules all rentals must be booked totalling ONE month or MORE.

Thank you Dana, you and Paul were great guests. Unfortunately, this August and September were hotter than previous ones. Normally rainy season is much cooler. Looking into installing A/C for the future. So happy you found the area to be friendly and full of amenities and the house well stocked.
