Experience a unique and unforgettable vacation at our Riverbend retreat, located just outside the charming town of Kingsburg. Our beautifully updated 3-bedroom farmhouse-style home sits on the banks of the Kings River and a private golf course, offering breathtaking views and endless opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Relax and unwind in our comfortable living area, featuring a cozy gas fireplace, leather seating, and a large smart TV with HULU. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area make mealtime a breeze, with seating for 8 and stylish fixtures. Enjoy the stunning views from the beautiful sunroom, or step outside onto the spacious deck and BBQ area to take in the fresh air and sunshine.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed, large custom bathroom with an updated huge shower, and a lovely sofa sitting room. The two other bedrooms offer queen beds and beautiful views, while a comfortable Murphy bed (queen) in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The hallway full bathroom includes stylish fixtures and a shower/tub combo, and the large laundry room features updated appliances and laundry supplies.

Outside, the property offers a custom pickleball court and a huge grassy lawn area perfect for outdoor games and relaxation. RV enthusiasts will appreciate the large concrete pad with full hookups, accommodating rigs up to 40 feet in length. The Kings River runs adjacent to the property, offering private beach access for swimming (note that river flow is seasonal and can be swift). Please supervise children at all times when using the river, and check with management for updated information on river flow.

Our retreat is conveniently located just an hour from Kings Canyon National Park, providing easy access to some of the most stunning natural beauty in California. Guests have access to the entire property, including the home, yard, and RV amenities. Note that the golf course is private and for members only. We provide paddles and balls for the pickleball court.

River Usage
The river is available seasonally and is an enjoyable and beautiful feature to make many family memories.
However please note that the river can be cold and swift and also can be emptied without notice. Please check with management as to updated river info.
Please use caution when at the river bank and using the river
Children or non swimmers should never be left unattended and river usage is a use at your own risk.
Owners are not responsible for any accidents etc.
Boat launch is available but please confirm with host before attempting to launch due to water levels.
Golf course is for members only and not for guest use.
Pickle ball court is for guests, paddles and balls are provided

Note for Airbnb Bookings
We charge a cleaning and linen fee to all guests, as well as a damage protection waiver. Airbnb combines these fees into one "cleaning fee" on their platform.

The cleaning and linen fee covers the cost of cleaning the property after each guest stay, as well as providing fresh linens and towels. The damage protection waiver covers any damage to the property that is not caused by normal wear and tear. For this home the cleaning fee is $150.00 and the damage protection plan is $55.00

We understand that this may be confusing, but we want to be transparent about our fees. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

A NOTE FROM MVP VACATION HOMES:
If you are bringing pets to a pet-friendly property, please notify management in advance. For properties that are not pet-friendly, no pets are allowed under any circumstances.

A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your booking. Additionally, a 6% non-refundable cancellation fee applies to all cancellations

MVP Vacation Homes reserves the right to relocate guests to a property of equal or greater value if the reserved home becomes unavailable, undergoes changes, or any other issues arise. This measure is in place to ensure that your stay is not compromised.
