Long term stay

Our long term stay at bear lodge was wonderful. Good size, plenty of room. The parks near by were great. Kids loved the hiking trails. Close to amenities and the 215higjway. Getting to the strip was easy and only took 15th it’s. Loved the place and will definitely stay there again.

About the host

Hosted by Mireille

Host profile image
As a host, I want guests to feel welcomed and comfortable during their stay. I reside in Las Vegas, and I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people from diverse backgrounds. Being a host allows me to share my love for hospitality and provide guests with memorable experiences. I take pride in ensuring that guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay and am readily available to assist with any inquiries or recommendations. Whether it's exploring local attractions, enjoying outdoor activities, or simply relaxing, I'm here to help guests make the most out of their time in the area. My goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere where guests can feel at home away from home.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is tucked away in a quiet, gated residential community situated on a cul-de-sac. The surrounding landscape features classic desert architecture—mediterranean-style tile roofs, warm stucco finishes, and low-maintenance desert landscaping.

To the west, you get sweeping, unobstructed views of the Lone Mountain backdrop and nearby mountain ranges. Because it’s located away from the dense bustle of the Strip, the streets are calm, dark, and quiet at night, making it feel like a cozy residential sanctuary.

What makes this property unique

Scenic Outdoor Access: You are just minutes away from Lone Mountain Park and the Lone Mountain Regional Trail System, offering great hiking, trail walking, dog parks, and scenic sunset views over the valley.

Neighborhood Peace & Security: Being situated on a cul-de-sac within a gated community minimizes pass-through traffic, keeping the immediate street quiet and safe.

Strategic Access: You get the quiet feel of the Northwest foothills while remaining just a short drive from CC 215 Beltway and US-95. This makes commuting south toward Summerlin (and Downtown Summerlin) or east toward downtown Las Vegas fast and straightforward.

Proximity to Essentials: Everyday conveniences—grocery stores, dining, coffee shops, and local parks like Majestic Park—are all within a 5- to 10-minute drive.
