Lovely villa near sea

Brilliant relaxing week at Villa Rozzaria. Villa very well equipped and air conditioning and pool kept us cool. Teenage son enjoyed basketball net and table tennis. Wonderful villa - would recommend!

A fabulous villa thst has something for everyone

A real home away from home. Tanja made us very welcome and we had a fantastic week. The pool and outside area are fab and the villa is beautiful and well equipped. We made use of the regular bus service into Trogir and the Kastels, and soon got used to the near constant sound of planes going over! One of the best we've stayed in!

Schöne Villa mit super Ausstattung

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in dieser toll ausgestatteten Villa. Es war alles auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Der Pool, Whirpool und die voll ausgestattete Außenküche haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Es muss aber jedem klar sein der diese Unterkunft bucht, dass das Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe hinter der Startbahn des Flughafens Split liegt und daher mit Fluglärm zu rechnen ist. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn der Strand auch fußläufig zu erreichen gewesen wäre, dies war bedingt durch eine Baustelle auf der Hauptstraße nur mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten möglich. Die freundlichen Vermieter kommen etwa alle 2 Tage zur Grundstückspflege und Poolreinigung. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewertung. Die Baustelle an der Hauptstraße selbst konnten wir leider nicht vorhersehen und somit beeinflussen, daher bedauern wir es sehr, dass es während Ihres Aufenthaltes zu einer Sanierung kam. Was Flugzeuge betrifft, so sind sie für uns eine normale Erscheinung, an die man sich schon nach einem Tag gewöhnt. Im gesamten Gebiet von Kaštela und Trogir ist das Geräusch von Flugzeugen zu hören. Alles in allem wir bemühen uns immer nach Besserem und danken Ihnen daher von ganzem Herzen für die Bewertung! Liebe Grüße und bis zu einem anderen Anlass! Tanja & Zoran
