Great location

Pompano paradise

Pompano Beach Home- On the beach!

Start to finish we felt at home. Better than expected with touches of home including welcome basket, laundry supplies, beach needs without bringing them with you. Great TVs and sound system that were user friendly. Juli was a superb hostess. We hope to return!

Unique Pompano Beach front low rise beach house

Property is a very unique, low rise single story beach house on Pompano Beach with direct , exclusive access to and view of the beach. Juli, property owner, is very kind and responds quickly if needed. Peaceful setting with beach restaurants and bars within short walking distance of house.

Spring Break

We LOVED our stay at Juli's property. She was very helpful and communicative. This place is literally steps from the beach sand through a private walkway straight off of the porch. The view from the living room made even those days that we had to stay inside feel like a vacation. My daughter currently lives in the area, and we hope that this place is available for us to rent again in the future.

Awesome beach views, updated, & near downtown Pompano!

We had a great time at this Vrbo. Juli was super communicative, gave great food recs, and was so hospitable. The house itself is beautiful - clean and super updated appliances and technology. Juli also had everything we needed to enjoy the beach - - chairs, towels, and sunscreen - which made traveling so easy. The location is unparalleled - truly, right on the beach with awesome sun rises and easily walkable to restaurants and convenience stores. We were very impressed and loved our stay!!

Just Right For Us

This property was just right for us! Beautiful setting on the beach, and exceptionally clean and well maintained. Every morning we would enjoy the sunrise from the deck. The beach access is at your fingertips, and it is easy to walk to the nearby family pier. Juli was a dream owner, welcoming and full of information to make our stay pleasant. It was easy to cook in the kitchen, and the home was filled with light in the day, with full privacy screens for the night. Parking was right on the property and very convenient. Highly recommend this rental with its wonderful location and owner.

This beach house felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The pictures posted on the site do provide an indication of what you will experience by staying here, but you cannot “feel” how connected you are with the ocean until you are on site. Just open the French doors and listen to the waves rolling in and you will not want to leave. Juli is a top-notch host. You will be impressed by her great communication and her attention to detail on every aspect of your stay. Thank you Juli! I cannot wait until I can come back.

Family vacation right on the beach

We spent wonderful days in this beautiful beach house. The rooms were all big enough, great bathrooms with walk-in showers, the beds were very comfortable and the well equipped kitchen in the living room was really impressive. Mainly because you always see the sea. In the morning you will be woken up by a fantastic sunrise. The location of the house is good. Despite the many larger residential facilities surrounding the house, the beach was not crowded. Shops are not far away and good restaurants can be reached quickly on foot or by car. Once again a special thanks to the house owner. Juli was always available for us by phone and made it possible for us to move into this great house within a few hours.

Best beach vacation ever!

I’m writing this review with great pleasure and lots of fond memories of the best beach vacation ever. If you are anything like my wife and I, then you are very likely searching for that ideal getaway where the emphasis is on 24x7 BEACH STUFF. Juli’s place checks all the boxes like many sandy walks per day just outside your door or relaxing in one of the beach recliners arranged on the patio and my favorite past time…. Taking it all in from a beautiful air-conditioned living space of Bliss with an awesome whole house sound system via Bluetooth. Also, Juli has thought of everything… you know the things we all forget to pack like lip bum, lotions, soaps and sun screen. She also reaches out with just the right amount of touchpoints to make sure you are having the time of your life, we love her and want to thank her for sharing this place with us. Dave V.

Perfect beach getaway

My family and I had the most amazing, fun, relaxing weekend at this beautiful beach house!!! I can't say enough how much we loved staying here. The house is modern, newly renovated and tastefully decorated. It has all the comforts of home, and then some. Juli's attention to detail is unparalleled. This house is equipped with everything you could possibly want. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and has a blender, air fryer, food processor, etc. Juli provided a variety of snacks and beverages; she even had mixers for drinks. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas. And the washer/dryer came in very handy. Overall, this property was immaculate and supremely comfortable. Juli is the ultimate host. She went the extra mile to make this a special weekend. Her kindness, accessibility and attentiveness were apparent throughout our stay. Best of all, the house sits directly on the beach!!! The views of the beach and ocean from the house are magnificent. We watched the sunrise in the mornings, a beautiful way to start the day. We made wonderful memories this weekend and plan to return to experience the magic of this property again and again.

Beautiful Modern Beach House!

This house is just as stunning as it looks in the pictures! Juli truly outdid herself, we walked into a warm welcome with everything we could possibly need waiting for us - snacks, beach toys, sunscreen, toiletries, you name it! Juli was very kind and accommodating leading up to and during our stay, she is also very quick to respond should you have any questions. The house itself is immaculate and comes with everything you might need for a vacation on the beach. There were ample bath towels and beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella, large TVs in every room, brand new appliances in the kitchen, beautiful bathrooms with updated showers, and our favorite part, the most comfortable beds ever! Juli also made check-in and check-out incredibly simple for us, she really made us feel at home there. Thank you for taking care of us!

A little slice of paradise

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, staying at this property, directly on the beach in Pompano was a dream come true. We surprised my mother in law for her 70th birthday and it’s safe to say it was the perfect way to celebrate her. Spectacular views from morning to night and the ease of being directly on the beach were just the start of the fun! The perfectly decorated and thought out space that Juli put together to share with her guests is a pleasure to stay in. She has thought of everything anyone might need during their stay from sunscreen, to beach chairs, and everything in between. Since we wanted to take full advantage of the place, we made the majority of our meals there and even the kitchen is well equipped for that. No detail spared. We ate outside on the patio and used the lounge chairs to soak up the sun, and the view! The beach feels like a private beach as it’s entrance is on a quiet street and the majority of the beach goers end up closer to the Pier, which is a 15 minute walk away. We did not want to leave. Juli is the perfect host and her property is beyond what you see in the pictures. We will not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family. It’s too good not to share.
