🐶Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were inside and/or outside the house at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

🔧Amenities: Management will make reasonable efforts to repair or restore any in-home amenities that become inoperable during your stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Repair times may vary depending on the availability of parts and service providers.
🚭Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking, vaping, or fireworks will result in an automatic $500 charge, plus any additional costs for damages.
🔥BBQs & Fire Pits: Not all homes include BBQs and/or fire pits. Where provided, these are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions. Guests must follow all fire safety guidelines and are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
🌊Hot Tub: For guest safety and water quality, our licensed hot tub technician may perform brief exterior maintenance during your stay. Please follow all hot tub guidelines. A $150 drain-and-refill fee will be charged if the hot tub is left excessively dirty and cannot be restored through routine servicing after your departure.
🌱Lawn Care, Snow Removal, & Pest Control: To help keep the property well maintained, lawn care, pest control, snow removal, or other routine exterior maintenance may be performed during your stay. Service technicians may briefly access the exterior of the property as needed. We appreciate your understanding as these services help keep the property safe, clean, and enjoyable.
🅿️Camper/RV Parking: RV parking requires prior authorization and is subject to a $25 nightly fee.
🛣️Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property. Street-legal vehicles may be operated on public roads where permitted.
🛜Wi-Fi: Many of our cabins are located in rural areas where internet service may occasionally be slow or intermittent. While management makes every effort to ensure Wi-Fi is operational, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or high-speed internet service and do not provide refunds for Wi-Fi or internet-related issues.
⛰️Mountain Environment: Management is not responsible for conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to wildfires, smoke, algae blooms, changing lake levels, weather, lack or abundance of snow, rain, mud, ice, power outages, or seasonal conditions. Likewise, while we take reasonable measures to minimize wildlife and pest activity, we cannot guarantee the absence of insects or animals, including mosquitoes, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, or other wildlife. A group of us booked this place as we are skiers and snowboarders. The map said that it was 1.2 miles from Tamarack Resort. Come to find out, that is as a crow flies. To drive there, it’s 10 miles. The fireplace on the photos is also not accessible in the winter so the $30 worth of wood we bought was all for nothing. The property management company made no effort to help us except cancel our reservation with 75% refunded.

Using a simple online road map, Tyler wasn't able to discern that there is not a road that goes directly from the cabin to the resort, in a straight line. For this misunderstanding that he caused, he became furious and said he wasn't a bird and demanded a full refund just prior to his arrival, which was denied. When he arrived, he couldn't figure out how to flip a switch next to the fireplace to turn that on (the listing shows it's propane, not wood), and it's clearly accessible all year round because it's in the living room. We'll not be renting to this guest again.
We thoroughly enjoyed this new 5 bedroom vacation home. There is an attractive, large great room with comfortable seating centered around the fireplace. We enjoyed seating for 10 at the dining room table plus there are four counter stools. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of glasses, dinnerware, and cooking utensils. We prepared all our meals in. The home is well prepared for children with two bunk beds in carpeted rooms. There was a high chair (certified by our two year old as very comfortable) and we appreciated child sized plates, bowls, and cups. There are two child gates available but they didn’t work well because of the base molding. As a result, we had to block off the two open staircases with chairs and other things just to be safe. The home was well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. It’s great to not have to worry about running out of things like paper towels and trash bags. We had access to a large and deep garage which was great for loading and unloading out of the snow. Perhaps the only issue to consider for skiers , and we are, is that the home is a 20 minute drive to Tamarack ski area. The home is a long drive down one of the peninsulas in Cascade lake. We didn’t mind it much as it’s in a very quiet and pretty neighborhood and you’re a little closer to McCall and Brundage ski area. All in all, we would recommend the home and will rent it again. Thank you to the owners as it’s clear they designed the home to be comfortable for guests.

Fantastic, thoughtful stocking of kitchen equipment excellent linens, beautiful home. Stairs a little intimidating for the older people in group but overall great.
Super clean and brand new. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and good quiet location. The owners communicated with us before, during and after. Would rent again.
