Welcome to Laugh S’more Retreat! A newly renovated, Getaway in Arrowhead Lake.

Welcome to our newly renovated 3 Bedroom 3 bath Pocono house, with separate lot on the lake 600 ft away, to give you private access to the lake!! We are also Dog friendly! We are Within walking distance to pool and beaches you and your family will Love! Our mountain retreat is perfect for a weekend getaway , a family vacation or hanging with friends! Our home is located within walking distance to the beach and pool. The gated Arrowhead community has several Amenities to choose from. There are three pools and 4 beaches in the community. Our home is located across from the lake so you are not far! The clubhouse hosts several events through out the year as well. There is so much to do for the family!! We are also located nearby to all the popular ski resorts and popular restaurants in the pocono area. Have a blast learning to ski or snowboard, or even have fun tubing! The resorts are mostly around a 20 min commute. 940 Golf and Fun is also minutes away and a great place for the family to play mini golf and have yummy ice cream! It is a great summer spot! Kalahari resort is also close by as we enjoy visiting the water park and arcade! We hope you visit! The Arrowhead Community offers several activities and events at the Lodge. Anywhere from art and crafts for the kids, live music, or a magic show! We will be happy to send you that information during your stay. They also have live music, DJs, and bon fires during the summer season at the Island pool. The community also offers several food trucks and concessions at the Lodge for easy meal ideas! Please feel free to reach out to see what events will be going on during your getaway!

The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed the game room, the fireplace and fire pit. We were greeted by two deer as soon as we got out of our cars. We will definitely stay there again, only longer and maybe in warmer weather so we can enjoy the lake.

We hit a deer on the way in and totaled one of our cars unfortunately But the house was lovely and spotless! Some of the mattresses and the couch in the basement could be more more comfortable. The lake was very pretty.

We have been coming to the Poconos as a family of all adults for several years. This is unanimously our favorite property to date! Very clean, well supplied, lots of space, great location, very responsive owner. We cooked/grilled all of our meals there, used the fire pit one night, went for long walks, went canoeing, played tennis, and read by the lake. Everything went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We hope this place will be available next year once we agree on a date!

Great location within walking distance to 2 lakes, beach, pool, canoe/kayak rentals. The house was VERY clean and roomy enough for 4 adults and 4 teens. When not out fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, playing basketball, or working out at the community gym, the teens enjoyed their time hanging out downstairs at the house. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked so we didn’t need to waste time running to the store for things like plastic wrap, flashlight batteries or birthday candles!We made a fire in the fire pit almost every night with the ample firewood the hosts made available out back. And most days a friendly family of deer came to visit.The host was extremely helpful, and quick to answer questions. I highly recommend this vrbo!

Great Week!

We stayed for the week with our two children (6 and 4) and our dog. The house was extremely clean and comfortable! We were nice and close to the pool and beaches. We also enjoyed the basement game room very much. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages we sent. We had an awesome stay!

Wonderful place to stay in poconos Close to JF/BB camelback. 3 pools in arrowhead development along with a bunch of summer activities. The home is CLEAN! Kitchen has everything you need and more. 3 full bathrooms with 3 large bedrooms. Basement is more of a game room/ bed and bath. Air hockey ping pong, board games baaket ball murphy bed etc. 2nd time here and will be booking ahain

Perfect summer getaway!

Our family looked forward to staying at William's place again all summer. We stayed there the summer of 2023 and 2024 and hope to go back next summer. Our teenage boys spent their time kayaking on the lake, playing video games, and perfecting their ping pong skills. We went on several hikes at nearby locations (less than a 30min drive). Our five year old enjoyed the pool, the beaches and all the playgrounds. It is very clean, comfortable, a great location, and the host is wonderful. William immediate responds to any question or request and we love staying at Laugh S’more

Fantastic Getaway!

Our family couldn’t have been happier with our experience at Laugh S’more. From the moment we arrived until we left 5 days later, we were thrilled with the cleanliness, amenities, activities, and responsiveness of our host. Our teenage boys enjoyed the paddleboat and canoe and all the games in the basement. The Arrowhead Lake community is very welcoming and we loved the location since it was walking distance to the pool and playground and we could go for runs around the lake. All six of us hope to stay here again next summer!

This home is beautiful! Kitchen has everything you will need. Everything is clean and plenty of space. Wonderful living room with fireplace. Our grandchildren loved the basement game room.. game room also has full bath, laundry and soda bed. 3 bedrooms and 2 more full baths onain floor. All excellent! Host William Michael was extremely prompt in responding to any ofy questions. NO ISSUES at all. Will book again for our Annual ski trip

Our host was very communicative and thorough.The home was very nice. I can tell the recent renovations are still a little underway, but not anything that took away from the enjoyment of the cabin. The basement was so fun for the kids, but got cold when the temps dropped into the 20’s. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and had most of what I needed. Only thing i didn’t have was a roasting pan, but luckily I brought a back up disposable roasting pan. That worked on one of the 1” deep cookie sheets that was there. The convection oven cooked the turkey great and fast! I used the grill too and it was easy to use and grill tools were clean. Coffee maker is great- not just a k-cup maker… I brought my own coffee filters but there was full stock there. If I wanted for anything it was more paper towels. But that was bc I dried the turkey with paper towels, and I cooked bacon and use paper towels for that too. I was dumb to not bring some from home. I did find it a little odd we had just enough dish washer tabs, trash bag and toilet paper… it gave me a little anxiety worrying if I needed to run out and get more, but it was just enough. I assume renters abuse if there is too many.. which is so messed up. We have much respect for the property, and appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was. The deer were in the front yard the moment we pulled in. They are very used to people. I was shocked they weren’t afraid of my dog either. Thx, we will be back!

Communication with the owner was excellent.The home has everything you will need for your stay.Everyone enjoyed the extras in the downstairs....especially the younger ones....air hockey,ping pong and basketball.The family really enjoyed the deer.I did give the check in 2 stars because it was confusing where to go.Its off site and not part of the community which the GPS took us to a different place....lol....so pay attention.We thought we would be early and because of the confusion it added over an hour.We really enjoyed the fireworks!!We happened to get there the same day the community was setting off the July fireworks.We sat on thr front deck and it was amazing!!We were never so close to a display like that before.Thank you again to the owner.He was very quick with responding to any and all questions we had. Weekend getaway

Had a great weekend away with family at this property. Property was very clean, and had all necessity items. Home looks exactly as it appears in photos. Great communication from owner. All questions answered quickly and amazing phone call response times. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
