Experience the best of the Poconos! Our cozy mountain chalet sits on the edge of 25,000 acres of nature, offering the perfect blend of outdoor adventure and modern comfort. Whether you're hitting the slopes at Jack Frost, enjoying one of the many great hikes, or lounging at our private community beach, this is your home away from home.

Our prime location is just a 5-minute walk to the Pines Lake private beach, and less than 15 miles to Jack Frost, Big Boulder, and Camelback Resorts. We feature outdoor living with a huge wraparound deck, charcoal grill, a private fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a new screened-in gazebo. We are work-from-home ready with high-speed WiFi and a dedicated loft workstation with views of the state game lands for your staycation. Our rustic Chalet also features modern comforts such as a fully stocked kitchen with copper cookware, granite counters, a wood-burning stove, and 4K Smart TV (Hulu/Netflix included).

Come enjoy four seasons of fun! In the winer, skiing, sledding, skating and ice fishing are all available within Locust Lake Village or at four nearby major ski resorts. There's nothing like lighting up the wood stove and snuggling under provided blankets at the end of your day. The summer features four community lakes for swimming and boating, whitewater rafting in nearby Jim Thorpe, PA, and activities within the Village which you may participate in with your provided wristbands. Expect it to always be ten degrees cooler and far less humid than where you are now. The fall and spring are quieter times with less crowds, incredible foliage, wildlife watching, winery tours, and hiking in State Game Lands #127. We provide local knowledge in our welcome binder and are happy to recommend local food, fun, farmer's markets, and crafts.

Don't spend a fortune at the kennel - we are pet friendly! We are one of the few properties in the area that welcomes your furry friends. We also offer our thanks to our service members by providing a military discount; just present your ID when booking. Rent the entire house for less than the cost of a hotel room. Discounts for week-long or longer rentals, as well as for repeat renters.


Important Guest Information

Note on Linens: To keep costs low, guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels. We can recommend a linen service if you prefer.
Registration: A signed rental agreement and community pre-registration are required 3–5 days prior to arrival to receive your door code.
House Rules: Primary renter must be 25+. No graduations, post-proms, or senior weeks. Maximum occupancy: 8. No smoking inside the house or gazebo. No fireworks at any time, and quiet hours begin at 10pm.
