Great property! Best communication I’ve ever had with a host and management company. Comfortable beds but if you are particular about pillows they are a little uncomfortable. Well stocked kitchen and we really enjoyed the pool and view during our downtime. Would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment you arrive the picturesque view and infinity pool create a luxurious get away. This spacious and quiet Villa had everything we were hoping for. The bathrooms were appointed with modern fixtures & spacious tiled showers. Getting “home” each day to watch the waves crash & float in the infinity pool was the highlight.

Great location, walkable to restaurants, shopping, and beach clubs. The owners and management company were easy to work with and provided quick responses to any questions we had. Home was clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely. We would stay here again.

Had a magical 3 days. The pictures do not do it justice. The sound of the waves crashing against the reef while relaxing in a private pool watching pelicans fish is one of the most tranquil moments of my life and I will cherish the memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was perfect. Unfortunately the weather was a little cool so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but it was beautiful. The multiple decks were great for following the sun around all day and seeing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The malecon on the water side of the house was so nice to walk on and everything was within a 10-15 minute walk (beach and restaurants). We had a plumbing issue and it was addressed right away. The beds had memory foam and so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Second stay here

Decided to stay here again on my 2nd trip to Isla Mujeres! Easy check in, responsive staff, beautiful and clean property, love the pool, the sound of the waves crashing, and the beautiful rooftop and patio. Appreciate the full kitchen, which even has a dishwasher.

Sanctuary Location on Isla

We loved this location - close to downtown but not too close for the tourist madness. It's on a great walking path - beautiful view of the ocean over the infinity pool and all three levels to view out at the ocean and sunrise and sunset. It was perfect!!!

Wonderful stay!

My family/friend and I had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is perfect. The views are absolutely breathtaking. This is the first vacation I actually feel refreshed afterwards and it's because I was able to fully relax and unwind at this lovely property.

Incredible!

We had the absolute best time! The pool was incredible and the views were breathtaking. The concierge, Chema and the property manager, Alex, were extremely helpful with all questions. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean. All in all, 10/10 experience!

Beautiful place in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is comfortable, in a great location (walking into town/to North beach on the oceanside path that runs in front of the house is lovely), and we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces (the oceanfront infinity pool is great, as well as the rooftop for sunsets). The management company was very responsive and helpful.

Great location and Great Views

The property is very nice and just south of the north end of the island. It is a short walking distance to all of the north end shops, restaurants , bars, etc. and the ferry terminal. The multiple levels and decks make it easy for people to get away for some private time if they want to.
