Located on a quiet road just south of downtown Canandaigua where CMAC and local foodie and craft beer favorites can be found. Sleeps 12 with 9 beds!!! it is perfect for a group of family or friends. Offering a prime location on Canandaigua Lake's east side, this gem is the ideal destination for splashing your days away in the comforts of Canandaigua's clear waters. The space: The sun room off the great room will likely become your family and friends favorite spot. Regardless of whether you’re sipping your morning coffee, or toasting an evening glass of Finger Lakes wine – this room is boasting with relaxing potential and lake views all day long. Throughout the house, four bedrooms, 1 King, 2 queens all offering comfortable bedding the forth bedroom has 6 twin beds. The kids have their own bedroom & bathroom and the comfort of Lake life will have you relaxed in no time!l The picturesque outdoor living spaces features abundant seating on the picnic table, lawn space for your favorite yard games or lounging on the lawn. A flight of 5 steps leads down to 59 feet of lakefront, a large dock yours for hanging out, sun bathing, fishing off the end. We have a 5,500 lb wakeboard or regular boat electric boat hoist. (we are unable to accommodate boats or jet skis tied up to the dock, we do have a boat hoist for your power boat or your wakeboarding boat and we do have a mooring buoy for your jet ski and your pontoon boat ). The entire house is all yours. Your private beach is 59 feet and a dock. There is a security camera facing the dock and the water for your safety. The dock perfect for fishing, reading, relaxing and jumping off. TWO 8 foot sit on kayaks are available for you to enjoy. Bring your beach towls and water shoes. We have a boat hoist to hold upto a 5,800 lb wakeboard boat. PONTOON BOAT INFO We have a mooring buoy for a pontoon boat. you are NOT allowed to tie up a pontoon boat or any boat to the dock, it is a not strong enough to hold a boat. We don’t allow anything to be tied up to this dock. Jet skis are not allowed to be tied up to the dock, but you can beach them on our beach.
