Relaxing trip!

We enjoyed our stay! Tim was so easy to work with and I appreciate the helpful tips he provided regarding our visit. The condo was just as advertised - clean, convenient and roomy. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We also enjoyed the pool. My family loved visiting South Bass and Kelleys Islands.

We had an impromptu weekend away and we could not ask for a better host. Great place with great communication. Quiet space before the fishing season officially opens. very worth the visit.

Best Catawba Getaway

We were in town for a baseball tournament & we wanted a vacation location. This property was the best! We had views of the water from every room. The condo was super clean and cozy. Plenty of room for our family plus we needed access to washer/dryer & a kitchen! The pool & hot tub were great & also very well maintained. The surrounding neighbors were super pleasant & welcoming. We truly enjoyed our lakeside retreat! Excellent communication with the owner, Tim, he went above & beyond to make us comfortable! We highly recommend this property & we hope to visit again soon!

Great location, great owner

Tim could not be more helpful. It was obvious that he isn't just sharing his property, he is sharing the total experience and wants to make sure you are enjoying the area as much as he does. We brought our boat and used his slip. We used the pool and hot tub, all was very nice, well cared for. The king sized bed has to be one of the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on. If you are looking for a place that was newly updated, this probably isn't the place for you. But everything functions as it should and we would not hesitate to rent it again. It checked all the boxes for us.
