Waterfront condo on Catawba Island, minutes from dining, downtown Port Clinton, and Lake Erie ferries. Relax on a private deck with water views. Recently remodeled with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, WiFi, smart TVs, and in-unit laundry. King primary with en-suite; queen second bedroom with full bath. Enjoy community pool, hot tub, and splash pad (open Memorial Day–Labor Day). Near Put-in-Bay, Kelleys Island, Cedar Point, shops, and Marblehead Lighthouse. Stairs only, no elevator. No trailer or campers allowed in complex

This is a second floor condo, with stairs to get to the second story. There are 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.

The third bed is a twin folding bed on wheels that will sleep 1 person. There is no elevator.

Great stay! The place was clean and inviting. No detail was overlooked by the hosts! I especially liked the sample itineraries in the binder - provided some great suggestions for kid-friendly options. The pool was relaxing and not too crowded.Per my 6 year old: I liked how comfortable the beds were, I liked that there was a TV in our room, I liked the couch - it was comfy, I liked the balcony.... No complaints here!

My husband Kai was born in Port Clinton and even when relocated, his family always had a vacation house in the area. It has always been his dream to follow this as an adult. We were lucky enough to purchase the condo in 2025. We self manage and do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.

Why they chose this property

I love the calmness of the neighborhood as everyone is on lake time.

What makes this property unique

Nearly every room was renovated in the winter of 2025-2026. We have plans to renovate the last area (the shower) in the winter of 2026-2027.

We are Veteran owned and managed. Even our contractor on call and his team are Veterans.
