Centrally located in Tacoma, features 1 queen bed & 1 queen sleeper sofa. ~300sq ft. PLS NOTE Space adjoins a separately secured unit w its own prvt entrance. Space has the privacy of a duplex home. Sounds may carry over from time to time. We ask guests to be respectful & be comfortable w sound similar to a hotel or apt.This house is conveniently located to 1-5 freeway, amazing breweries, restaurants, hikes and fun activities!Livingroom features sleeper sofa with pull out Queen sized bed and 47” SmartTV with Netflix.Guests will have access to 1 GB High Speed WiFi with Ethernet hookup provided for hardwired connection.One bedroom with Queen sized bed and closet. Living room also has a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen! Updated full bathroom with shower and tub.A full kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and French press. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware items including utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Some spices are also provided.Host will provide coffee, clean towels, toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher pods, toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The home is close to many hospitals making it a great rental for travel nurses. Also, since the home is close to 1-5 entrance, it makes getting around real easy! Close to tons of popular hikes in North Bend, Mount Rainier, etc.
