You'll fall asleep to the sound of waves and awake to a spectacular Gulf view right from the master ensuite!

Sea Shanty offers a peaceful coastal aesthetic with custom craftsmanship throughout. Great thought has been given to provide the elements for a wonderfully relaxed vacation!

The kitchen is well stocked, and the living room offers a leather sofa, 2 leather rocker recliners, along with a 75" smart TV and an electronic Infinity Game Board.

A beautiful and generously stocked half bath sits adjacent to the kitchen.

For indoor dining, there are four kitchen counter bar stools along with a table that seats four and offers a gorgeous Gulf view. A USB outlet is available at the bar for easy charging.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and fitted with motorized head lift-beds, hybrid mattresses, and comfortable bedding. The master ensuite includes USB outlets on either side of a king bed and offers a 55" smart TV. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 queens and a 43" smart TV.

The master bath is generously stocked and offers a tall toilet and shower with glass doors and a handheld sprayer for your convenience.

The guest bath is located in the hallway off of the guest bedroom. Guests will find it generously stocked along with a tall toilet and a shower/ tub combo with a handheld sprayer to easily bathe children after a fun day at the beach!

For your convenience, a full-size LG tower washer and dryer is located upstairs, in the hallway between bedrooms. Ample detergents, softeners, stain removers, a laundry basket, and laundry wash bags are provided. You'll also find a steamer, iron and board in the master closet.

The carport has 7' clearance and offers a beachfront view with seating, a gas grill, and a picnic table. Both the living room and master ensuite offer balcony seating with a gorgeous beachfront view. Each level is perfect for sunsets and dolphin watching. Binoculars are provided.

You'll find a water hose in the carport area and a surfboard shower with a second water hose on the beach level to wash the sand away.

Sea Shanty is stocked with both standard and taller height beach chairs. Both Shibumi and CoolCabanas beach shades are available, along with beach toys, body boards, turtle safe flashlights, a cooler with icepacks, and beach bags.

Sea Shanty guests can pack light because everything needed for a beach trip is at your fingertips. You'll find paper goods, garbage bags, kitchen staples, first aid supplies, bath products, all types of detergents, and so much more stocked for guests to use during their stay.

Just across the road you'll find local favorite eateries and the iconic Toucan's by the Beach is only steps away and scheduled to re-open July 2026.
