DOOR ACCESS:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests are required to sign the renter agreement to receive the door code. You will get a personalized door code 3 days prior to check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself.

The location was wonderful. Close walking distance to a quiet part of the beach (for mid August). Beautifully decorated. Wonderful pool. All the items you need for a comfortable stay. Clean and fresh. OExceptional communication with the host. Would stay again!

You can tell the host takes pride in their property! As soon as you step inside, you are greeted with a very tasteful beach decor townhouse that’s extremely clean, with kitchen aide appliances! Nicole provides everything you need for a beach trip for a small family from beach chairs, sun shades to even a beach wagon. To top it off, the golf cart addition that’s included in the price is a huge cost saver! The beach was one block from the beach access. Super easy to load up the wagon or golf cart and take the one minute ride/walk to the beach. We loved everything about this rental and WILL be booking again soon!

Very pleased with the property. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and walk to beach was easy. Only negative feedback is the golf cart. Not well maintained. Rusty and almost wasn't able to get out of the seatbelts due to rust. Companty notified and stated they would address the issue. Also, beach umbrella was broken. However, we did enjoy the beach towels and beach chairs. We would book again.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! It was spotless and well taken care of. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are a great size. It was an easy 2 minute walk to the beach, but the golf cart that was included was perfect! We had a great trip and left wishing that we lived there. Thank you for being a great host!
