The home is beautifully decorated and the host was terrific! We had a great week there over Christmas with our family.We would love to see appliances (especially the stove) and cooking utensils/dishes upgrades in the kitchen and the garage cleaned out. All would make this home a 5 star place to stay for us.

We asked for an earlier check in but the code did not work. Got that taken care ofThe garage was not cleaned out to get two cars in. The handle on the front door fell off and we had to repair it. Many lamps did not have light bulbs. The handle on the oven door fell off that we repaired Bedroom 2 had Double not queen size mattress as advertised One corner of the base board quarter round was loose and had nails sticking out Cleanliness was good and kitchen was well stocked. Could have used more sponges and tea towels…only had one small trash can outside. No good for a big family for 4 days But the size of the house was Well suited for our family Quiet neighborhood and conveniently located. 3 out of 5 stars.

Beautiful home minutes from Grand Park

This beautiful house is in a nice neighborhood, with a grocery store, gas station, nice restaurants, and Grand Park just minutes away. We took advantage of all the amenities the property has to offer. The back yard was furnished with patio furniture and beach chairs surrounding a fire pit. We didn’t use it, but enjoyed early mornings with a peaceful view of a pond where ducks were landing. Plenty of room for family to cook and enjoy time in between baseball games. Michael did an excellent job answering all my questions and since my stay was long, checked in with me to make sure we didn’t need refills on the basics.

Good location, house needs some attention

We had some hiccups with our stay at this property including showing up after check-in time and being told to go away for 30 minutes so they could finish cleaning. When we came back 30 minutes later, we still had to wait outside for another 30 minutes. It took around 4 hours to get the property manager to respond to our multiple messages. There was a lot of trash piled up in the garage so the first floor of the house didn't smell great. Overall, it is a great location and access to a lot of stuff, but the house needs some attention and the property manager should have gotten back to us much quicker.

Amazing Property
