We enjoyed our stay in an apartment in the hotel. We had limited interaction with the staff, but they were pleasant and efficient when we had questions or needed assistance. The hotel is a reasonable walk from the bus and train station and restaurants and businesses in the old town. There isn’t air conditioning, and the room was stuffy at times, but the windows can be opened. Doing laundry was a bit of a logistical challenge, but we took a very crowded bus to a laundry one day and walked there the second time. Tubingen is a beautiful city with enough things to do to easily fill a week.
