Very clean, quiet, well furnished - and Christmas decorations were a nice touch, since our family was there for Christmas! Host lives next door, so was very responsive to questions, etc.

Wonderful apartment

This apartment was roomy, comfortable, and in a quiet area. It was perfect to come back to you after a day of busy sightseeing. The property owner was very nice and accommodating and responded promptly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

We had a great time, the location was great and looked just like the pictures. The property was very clean. There was plenty of parking. The owner was very helpful and provided some recommendations for getting around on the bus, and stuff to see. Thanks so much!

Schön. Ruhig. Freundlicher kooperativer Vermieter. Viele Bäume vorne und hinten. Balkonzugang von allen Räumen. Komplette Ausstattung mit viel Geschirr und Besteck, so dass man die Spülmaschine auch voll machen kann. FeWo ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Stilvolle, helle Wohnung. Schön im Sommer ist der Balkon. Um zu Fuß ins Zentrum zu kommen, sollte man gut unterwegs sein (ca.30 min). Parkplätze sind immer vorhanden gewesen. (max.6 Euro/Tag) Gerne wieder

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Diese Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Bad ist hell und geräumig, die Handtücher weich und geschmeidig, die Betten eher härter eingestellt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Grünen. Mit unseren Fahrrädern waren wir im Nu im Zentrum. Gern wieder

Clean and great location

Very nice ground level apartment with beautiful terrace. Very clean, easy walk to bakery, restaurant, grocery store, and bus stop, which takes you down the hill to the gorgeous Altstadt (old town). We loved the restaurant recommendations, especially the restaurant Mauganeschtle.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Ludwig’s apartment. The apartment is well equipped with all the amenities. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood but still very close to the city center. Ludwig was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly recommend this apartment!

saubere Wohnung in guter Stadtrandlage, mit angrenzendem Wald

Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen, wir wurden nett empfangen. Allerdings war aus dem Angebot nicht ersichtlich, dass wir in einer Dachgeschosswohnung untergebracht wurden. Es sind drei Ferienwohnungen in einem Reihenhaus.

Sehr ansprechende Wohnung, sehr angenehme Vermieter!

Wir haben die Wohnung des sehr freundlichen, offenen und hilfsbereiten, aber auch diskreten Vermieterehepaars Cremer zwei Wochen lang mit vier Personen (davon zwei Kinder) bewohnt und waren vollkommen zufrieden. Als einzige kleine Einschränkung (vor allem unserer Kinder) wäre anzumerken, dass das WLAN nur teilweise gut funktioniert. Das Platzangebot ist großzügig. Die Räumlichkeiten sind geschmackvoll gestaltet, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung weit überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hält absolut, was die Bilder auf diesen Seiten versprechen. Die kleine, aber heimelige Terrasse mit Blick in den schönen Garten haben wir intensiv genutzt; nach Tagesausflügen in die Umgebung, die mit der von überwiegend jungen Leuten bevölkerten stimmungsvollen Altstadt Tübingens oder den Attraktionen der Schwäbischen Alb viel zu bieten hat, war es besonders angenehm, dort zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein zu genießen. Das Wohnumfeld ist sehr angenehm - sehr grün und sehr ruhig. In wenigen (auch Geh-) Minuten erreicht man ein kleines Einkaufszentrum, das das Nötige für den täglichen Bedarf bietet. Alles in allem haben wir uns sofort heimisch und über die gesamte Zeit sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr empfehlenswerte große Wohnung mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoß. Sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage in der Nähe des großen Naturschutzgebietes im Norden. Empfehlenswert besonders für Familien.

Great apartment!

The very pleasant owner, Ludwig, was there to meet us and show us the property, which was very clean and well-equipped, with a nice, protected, patio. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The location was quiet residential with many walking and biking paths. There is an Italian restaurant and several shops within a 12 min. walk, but the drive into town was about the same and easy to find parking. Tubingen is a wonderful town in which to spend several days. We would certainly stay with Ludwig again.

Perfect appartement.

Schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien, gelegen in rustige woonwijk, met parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Binnenstad van Tübingen met de bus of lopend (halfuurtje) te bereiken. Het overdekt balkon bood de hele dag door verkoeling (het was warm weer), en ook bij regen een prettige plek was het om te zitten. Twee aparte slaapkamers, dus ook geschikt voor drie volwassenen. Zeer comfortabel. Buitengewoon vriendelijke gastheer die alle moeite doet om het je naar de zin te maken. Aanrader.
