Train and termites

Train in front of house every 3 hours -all night long. Termites swarmed us trying to cook.inside looks like the pictures . Had to eat out every night my mother is 76 between fighting bugs every night and the train whistling houses rumbling. No sleep.

“The inside of the property was comfortable and met our needs, but the exterior could use some attention and cleaning to improve the overall appearance. We were aware that the property is located near railroad tracks; however, the listing did not fully convey the frequency of train traffic. Trains ran throughout the night and early morning hours, which may be a concern for light sleepers. We believe this would be helpful information to include in the listing so future guests can make an informed decision.”
