Lazy Lemon Cottage - A Short walk to the beach from this newly remodeled home!

Lazy Lemon Cottage is in an ideal location and the perfect place to relax in Long Beach, Mississippi! Just a short 1 ½ blocks from the white, sandy beach and a view from the front porch! We are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that is close (Most within a mile or 2) to restaurants, casinos, shopping, fishing & several charming downtown areas, but away from the busy traffic and noise. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home has been recently renovated throughout. A new kitchen with granite counters is fully equipped for cooking meals and plenty of seating for your group. A King bedroom with a walk-in closet and sitting area is on the main level and next to the bath that includes a washer & dryer for your use. Upstairs are two additional queen bedrooms and a full bath. The back yard is fully fenced and has a patio area with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating. As if there is not enough to do in our beautiful Gulf Coast area… New Orleans is only about an easy hours drive away. Cable tv and wifi included

Pick up pet waste and dispose in outdoor trash bin

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Garbage must be place in bins and put street side on Sunday Evenings

This house was the cutest place. Very clean and hostess provided all the essentials plus extras. It's close to everything. Air conditioning worked well with outdoor temps in upper 90s. Nice front porch to sit outside. Will check availability here first for next trip. Hostess is wonderful with information and prompt responses.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy drive to the Gulfport Sports Complex. The host did a great job of providing information about the area and the house. We would use again if we are playing baseball at that complex.

Dry lovely property in Long Beach. We stayed for Jeepin on the Coast and it was a perfect location. Great neighborhood. A couple blocks from beach. Everything was clean. Lots of amenities. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed for the perfect stay!

This adorable rental left no little thing out! It was a cozy vibe that made you feel right at home. Don’t forget to take advantage of the interactive art on the wall. Us 2 couples had so many laughs and adventures while here for a long weekend. We highly recommend going to Ground Zero Blues club. Ask for Ian and see if he’s available for the VIP tour!

My family enjoyed our stay. The property is a short walk to the beach and conveniently nearby many stores and restaurants. The house itself was clean and inviting. We visit the area at least once a year and plan to book this listing again in the future.

Home was perfect inside & out. Heat & A/C worked great! Very clean and comfortable. Nice, quiet and walkable neighborhood and to the gulf. We took day trips to many areas inc. Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Bay St.Louis, Pass Christian, Hattiesburg and New Orleans. We and our pups enjoyed our week long stay. Definitely recommend!

Spring Break 2023

Lazy Lemon Cottage was perfect for our family. It was a short walk to the beach that had perfect sand and was not crowded at all. Was also the perfect distance to New Orleans for a day trip. We would definitely stay here again.

The Lazy Lemon is absolutely the best Vrbo we have stayed in yet. The location was a very short walk to the beach and very quiet street. The house is very nicely decorated and rooms are roomy! The beds were great! The overall cleanliness of the property was top notch! Will stay again!!

Aaron & I Love to travel! Almost as much as we love visiting our family on the Gulf Coast. We make several trips to Mississippi every year and have finally found the perfect house to call our second home. I am a full time Realtor in Washington state and we both enjoy finding less desirable properties and bringing them up to their full potential as a home for someone.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the location of this cute house. It is a quick walk to the beach and one of our favorite things to do is watching the amazing sunsets from one of several public piers. That really gives us an appreciation for the beauty of this area. We are also "foodies" and enjoy trying out as many local restaurants as we can! It also never hurts our feelings to get away from the cold Washington winters.
