Welcome to Beach Paradise VIII, our first and newest DIRECT OCEAN FRONT luxury condo!!! Imagine wake up each morning to the sights and sounds of the ocean, best enjoyed on the balcony.

Located in prime midtown location, The Pyramid offers a unique architectural design and a prime midtown location on the beachfront. Being newly renovated with beautiful furnishes and professionally selected decors, our direct beach front 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms condo will surely offer our guests not only ample space and comforts, but also breath taking views of BOTH the sunrise on the OCEAN and the sunset over the BAY.

Our condo is located on the 7th floor, and newly renovated to includes all the modern conveniences. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter and SS appliances, bathroom with double sinks, flat screen TV in every room, Xbox, cable, free WiFi, professionally selected décor are just some of the few highlights. Our unit is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator, a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster and central air.

Take the elevator downstairs and you're at the ocean, the beach, and the pool. Beach essentials including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach tent, sand toys, and many other beach accessories are available on-site for your convenience to enhance your experience. Our place is equipped with everything you and your family need for that perfect vacation!

Beautiful condo with fantastic ocean view. As it faced the ocean, there was virtually no traffic noise. Easy in/out with combination code entry system - no keys to lose.

The location and view are great. However, the condo was not very clean on arrival and there were a lot of things not in working order. The parking pricing is extremely high and misleading. Overall we had an okay time but for the price of the condo we have stayed in better places.

Our stay at the pyramid was ok. The check in process and extra $100.00 to park for our two cars felt very pricy and the woman checking us in was rude-she clearly was annoyed we rented through VRBO and sat on her phone chatting with another employee before begrudgingly helping to get us our parking passes and pool passes. The condo itself was ok, the door handles to every door need to be repaired, they are barely functional. The railing outside on the balcony did not seem secure either and was more rickety then I’ve ever experienced. This unit does come with linens…but you have to put them in the beds yourself-we found that to be a little odd. The location of the condo was good. The pool ok, but not great. We usually stay at the plaza next door and honestly it’s a much better experience. The staff and other tenants are friendly and kind and things seem more secure there.

July trip
This property was very pretty and perfect for us, even with our parents and kids. Beautifully decorated and clean furnishings. A few things I would suggest- hooks for hanging bath towels, as there weren’t many places for them, possibly something by the main entrance to put shoes on, and a small vacuum for daily sand clean up. Our stay was great and we really enjoyed the unit! Would definitely rent again!

This place was very clean and right on the beach. Perfect view of the sea from the unit. Only one little recommendation to make the experiece even better. There is a little order/smell when we just walk in the door.

Make sure you relize how much you are paying to park. Its 40 for the first vehicle and 20 for every night for the seco d vehicle. So we paid 120.00 dollars for all the parking. The screen door to the balcony was junk. The balcony was very nice. The view was great. The beds were not comfortable. The closness to the beach was wonderful. The pool was great. Everyone loved.the pool. It was the warmest pool ive been in. There was some little details if they improved on in the condo it would make the place so much better. Like for instant the cheap door knobs on most of the doors. And the confussing lights and ceiling fans. The main door that was like 200 pounds shouldnt be that heavy.

Plus. Nice location overlooking ocean . Can hear waves crash. Convenient to have washer and dryer in unit. Was able to check in early. Minus. While the listing said parking was extra, it did not say cash only. Mattress on beds were not comfortable. While we didn't try to use it, we noticed the power to the oven was off.

Overall, everything was excellent! Nicely decorated and enough rooms for 9 people! But we were disappointed with lack of consideration about guest needs such us not making sure remote has battery, bathroom amenities (humidifier had no filter) even though they take cleaning charges the rooms were not dusted!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo
My friend and I enjoyed a much needed get away. The condo had amenities that were suitable for our stay. The property was within a short distance to light shopping. Convenient stores were within walking distance. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Beautiful oceanfront view from the living area. The television streaming options were available in abundance for the person who likes to stay inside. It is obvious that the investor(s) of the building make sure that it is maintained. We did experience a bit of noise in the morning beginning at 9:00 am because they were cleaning the building and replacing windows. I will say it was a most enjoyable stay despite the renovation noise. My friend and I will definitely stay again.
