This property offers a 1000 Square foot Private balcony , it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ocean front condo in the Pyramid the condo unit is about 1200 sq ft plus the balcony. The Pyramid is a gorgeous uniquely constructed well maintained ocean front building with a private beach, AVOID THE CROWDS!! Contactless Entry! It is located on 95th street, directly on the beach, the beach is private to the people staying at the Pyramid but still Ocean City lifeguarded. So the beach is not overcrowded.
The condo itself has an upscale decor, Flat screen tv's in both bedrooms and a 55" in the living area. Comfortable furniture, the kitchen has new stainless appliances and cookware, The balcony is set up with a dining table, chaise lounges, and a large conversation area with comfortable seating, at night there are tree's and lights to create that relaxing atmosphere.

Wow, just wow! Let me point out the best! This condo has been my favorite of all time! Clean! (A) View!(A) That veranda! (A) Communication! (A) A whole week was just not enough. This spot just may be my forever spot. We have been vacationing in OC for 60 years. I know OC. As beach rentals go, it can be hit or miss and sometimes you find a gem. This condo is a gem. We are already planning for next year! Thank you Debbie! I would rent any property from her!

This was a very nice condo with an amazing balcony. Everything was clean when we arrived and check in / check out was very easy. Great communication with the host. The property was clean and seemed to be maintained well with lots of carts for loading and unloading. The pool is basically an adults only relaxation pool if that is what you are looking for. If you have kids, unfortunately it has a strict no fun policy not allowing any type of toy, ball, flotation device or noodle. But the beach is right there for fun on the sand instead. Overall great experience!

My husband and I live in a small town in Pennsylvania, our son was ready to leave the house so we decided we needed a new adventure in life, since most of our vacations were spent at the beach we thought owning a beach property would be a great way to do something different and it would take up some of the loneliness of our son leaving home. Also besides my real job of advertising sales, my second hobby is interior design, thats how it all began, and the funny part of the story is our son who hated the beach growing up, decided to move to Ocean City and help manage the properties. so its turned into a family adventure! Our goal as beach property owners is to ensure our guests a clean and up to date property so their vacation is enjoyable and they come back year after year.

Why they chose this property

We looked at every high rise in the town of OC, but we decided the Pyramid had a timeless design and the solid construction made it a stand out in our eyes, compared to other buildings the Pyramid offers direct ocean front units, that are private, it has a beautiful ocean front pool, its well maintained and 12 years later I'm happy we chose to buy at the Pyramid.
Because the building is shaped like a Pyramid every so many floors it creates a 1000 sq ft balcony, this is an awesome space, we are fortunate enough to get this 2 bedroom/2 bath south side unit its the best of the best!!

What makes this property unique

The direct ocean front views, and the solid wall between units makes staying at the building a very private experience. The pool is very pretty and offers sun or shade.
