Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish in-law suite. Located in the heart of Westchase Tampa this property is about 20 minutes to downtown Tampa and the Raymond James stadiums. Surprisingly enough is just 10 minutes to oldsmar and 15 minutes to Philippe Park, 25 minutes to honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island .
The space
this mother-in-law suite used to be the Grand Master suite of this beautiful home. As you can see with the pictures of the listing we tried to create a peaceful environment with ample space where you will feel comfortable and not confined to just a little bedroom.. In addition this property is completely private and independent with no shared space. You have your own private parking spot. Private patio and the unit itself..

Was my first Air B&B experience…the place was great! Neighborhood was awesome…it was easy to work in the evenings and sleep at night. I will be back when I come down to recruit Tampa / St. Petersburg again! I really liked this place!

Great Master Suite Bedroom

The Master Suite Bedroom was very clean, modern and quiet. The only hassle was when we arrived in the evening. I didn't receive the step by step photos how to enter this rental from VRBO that the host told me about after we arrived that would have explained to walk around the side of the house through the gate and enter the code at the 2nd door to enter the Master Suite Bedroom. Would have been very helpful if the host had confirmed with me that I received the step by step photos prior to our arriving at 9:00pm.
