The place was perfect for us as we needed to be near the airport for a very early flight the next morning. Very clean and had a nice stocked kitchenette which included some coffee pods for a quick cup.

The apartment was clean and amenities were fine. AC was great and the kitchen was clean and bright. The outside patio was nice, but unfortunatley I didn't have time to take advantage. It would have been nice to have found some bottled water in the fridge and maybe a few grab snacks. Most places I've stayed at have provided a welcome of something. But the place suited my needs for one night. My only negative was the entry doors. The front door needs new locks and knobs or the entire door replaced. It did not close tight and I had to mess with it to get it to lock when leaving. The rear door needs a dead bolt installed. I would definietly recommend this place once the locks were taken care of.

Property was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean, nice amenities, very easy access, excellent communication, great value. Separate entrance from the primary house, but quiet and nice touches in the small space (but way more space than a studio or hotel room). Would happily stay here again.

This place is wonderful nice cute little place.in a good area close to where i needed to go.the host is great. I like the kitchen and the outdoor seating area. Unfortunately it was not Florida weather. If you need a quiet relaxing place this is the place

I can say everything was good except for 2 things and something that I suggest.Place was clean, organized, good communication with the host and centrist depending on the reason of your visit. But, their beds are awful. There is no way to rest on them. The bed in the room feels like an old sponge. Is extremely uncomfortable. The sofa bed feels like you're sleeping on a military tubular mattress and is about 2-3 inches thick. To lock the door is tricky and does not feels safe, anyone can open it with a good kick.Suggestions: at least offer 4 bottles of water. That will be a great addition.Before my exit, I sweep the kitchen, remove the bed sheets, took out the trash and put everything the way I found it.Even with all that we had a awesome time, until I received a notification of a 50 dollar charged for something I didn't even touch, use or opened; a blind. I don't know if was broken already, because onence again I didn't touch it. Also, the soap dispenser was broken. I wish at least the ask before.Those are my reasons for not giving them 5 stars.

The location was perfect! I had an 0700 flight so getting thru security by 0530 was very doable ---no last minute stress. Our hostess was so kind to bring over a light bulb --I've a habit of reading in bed to relax. Also, house was super clean & quiet. Thanks again for teaching us the TV remote touch -screen trick!

Short Weekend Stay for Football Game

Place was nice and very easy access from airport and other areas to get on highways. Weekend getaway for an exceptional price with lots of small ammenities.

Good location, close to airport and amenities. Cute decor and cosy space. No door on the bedroom which didn’t work well for our family and putting kids to bed. The pull out was not comfortable. We found a lot of long dark hair throughout the space but was otherwise very clean.
