Beautiful Desert Retreat with Pool and RV Garage

Whether you're looking to go on a summer getaway or snowbirds escaping the winter, this home has what you are looking for. The backyard includes several seating areas, outside fireplace, natural gas BBQ, propane griddle and a refreshing pool. The inside is beautifully decorated with new furnishings, big TV's, soft water system, water purifier and upgraded appliances. The property also includes an 20 x 50 RV garage that's big enough to house most boats and RV’s. The optional garage has a 2-person sauna, dart board, 50-amp service, soft water spigot and dump station for RVs. The property is centrally located in Fort Mohave putting you 30 minutes from Lake Mohave, 25 minutes from Laughlin, NV, 60 minutes from Lake Havasu, 90 minutes from Las Vegas, 15 minutes from Oatman’s Ghost Town and 2 /12 hours from the southern rim of the Grand Canyon.
The surrounding area has several golf courses, restaurants/bars, grocery stores and other retail locations such as Target, Kohls, Walmart and Ulta and much more. *rates do not include the heating of the pool. Guest will be responsible for any gas bills over $200.

Very nice home

Well appointed kitchen. It had every you would need. Bed was very comfortable and the pool was beautiful. The owner, Ed, was really nice and attentive to whatever we needed during our 1 month stay.

You want amazing, well this is it. Not only is the property fantastic, but the attention ED gives you is second to none. Need help with anything ED is there. Also, Walmart delivers to this location which makes things easier. This was our second visit, and we can’t wait to return.

This property was beautiful. It was perfect for my family. My daughter's loved the heated pool and swam every chance they got, between soccer tournament games. They also enjoyed the dart board and bean bag toss in the garage. The beds were comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and had no issues with anything

AMAZING GET AWAY!!!!!!

We loved this little piece of heaven. Our questions were answered quickly and Ed’s recommendations of places to eat were spot on. Nothing lacking here. Grubhub delivers to this address which took it to the next level. Dollar General is right down the street, so don’t worry if you forget something. We will be back.

Great snow bird get away.

Everything is as pictured. Stayed for 30 nights. Great secure yard for a dog. Nice neighborhood. Edward is very responsive. Beautiful artwork and collectables. Nautical theme. Garage is huge. Pool very nice. Never tried the sauna but looks modern. Great place for people with mobility issues. Can't beat the price!!
