Large guest bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. Full laundry room to use as needed. Central air and heat. Two blocks from the river.

Favorable location

This was a great choice of property to stay, it was only minutes from family member homes and short distance from stores and casinos. Neighborhood was quiet and nice.

Pet friendly and beautiful Rotary Park within a 5-10 minute drive. Washer and dryer available. Loving room and master bedroom has carpet. Bathroom may need a little work done but are decent. Has a gated fence. Neighbors are quiet and go about their day.

Overall nice place to stay

Needs an little maintenance on heat registers. Should inform renters about the height of the beds. We are elderly and couldn't jump up that high without a stool.
