Hands down this was one of the nicest places we’ve ever rented through VRBO. Great neighborhood, beautiful home and more than well-appointed. The extra touches like gourmet coffee, fully stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, etc. made our stay perfect. Only downside was that there is only one bathroom but still worth it. Close to everything- easy in and out of town.

Great House for an Anniversary Trip

Our stay at the ponderosa house was great. We had no issues and the property was very nice. It was awesome to have a kitchen and space compared to a hotel. I would for sure stay here again.

An absolute 10 for my wife and myself. Jenna our host was on hand to help m us with any situation that we encountered. The house fit our needs perfectly and we plan to return as often as possible. Loved our time here. The accommodations were spotless and very well stocked.

Perfect place in Flagstaff!

This house is in a great neighborhood. Close to the highway and stores. Very clean, spacious and updated. Perfect spot for us to stay after daily adventures to the Grand Canyon and Sedona.

We’re glad you found the home to be a nice place. For transparency, our property does have a strict occupancy limit of three guests, which is clearly outlined in our house rules and rental agreement. This helps us maintain a quiet and respectful environment for our neighboring unit. During this stay, the occupancy limit was exceeded, and as a result, we had to enforce our standard policy. While we regret that this guest chose to leave a low rating, we remain committed to providing a comfortable, welcoming, and well-kept home for all guests who stay within our guidelines.
