Welcome to our holiday home.
In the rural surroundings of the small town of Juricev Kal, this comfortable holiday home waits you, an ideal choice for your family vacation.
Modern and well-decorated interiors consist of three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two kitchens with living rooms. Outside you can find a large swimming pool with salty water. It is suitable for 2 families with pets as it has fully fenced yard around 800m2.
On the ground floor that is a newly renovated apartment and undercovered terrace where you can enjoy grilled dishes.

We recommend that you explore the surroundings by walking through beautiful nature. Explore beautiful Istria and visit places like Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. We recommend nature lovers to visit the Brijuni National Park and the Kamenjak Nature Park.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung. Positiv waren die Lage und der Pool, allerdings störten die laute Straße und der Bauer mit seinem Traktor. Aus der Beschreibung ging leider nicht hervor, dass es sich um ein Haus mit zwei separaten Wohnungen handelt. Die untere Wohnung wirkte zunächst neu, zeigte aber Gebrauchsspuren, während Küche und Bad der oberen Wohnung recht veraltet waren. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Spinnenweben, zerdrückte Insekten sowie fleckige Gardinen und Bettwäsche.Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich, vor allem als nach Starkregen (bei wohl bekanntem verstopftem Ablauf) alles unter Wasser stand. Allerdings waren die Nachrichten von unterschiedlichen Kontakten etwas irritierend. Zum Checkout hieß es, niemand könne zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort sein, kurz darauf kam aber eine WhatsApp mit der Bemerkung, man hätte sich verabschieden wollen – das wirkte widersprüchlich und hinterließ einen etwas faden Beigeschmack. Insgesamt okay, aber Sauberkeit und Beschreibung sollten besser sein.

Schönes, ruhiges Haus

Wir haben als Pärchen (29 und 26 Jahre) mit unserem Hund in diesem Haus Urlaub gemacht. Es war sehr schön, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist und der Hund frei laufen konnte. Um einzukaufen oder einen Ausflug zum Strand zu machen, muss man leider zwingend mobil sein mit einem Auto. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar.

Objekt ist klein und gemütlich. Für vier Personen ausreichend. Leider ein wenig weiter weg vom Meer, jedoch mit Auto gut erreichbar.

Einfach Perfekt (Familie mit 2K und 2 Hunden)

Wir waren mit dem Haus super zufrieden. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Grundstück ist perfekt für Hunde. Es is komplett abgeschlossen und man muss sich keine Sorgen um die Hunde machen. Die Lage ist auch schön und wer es ruhig mag, ist da genau richtig. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Die umliegenden Restaurants sind auch perfekt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
