Roomy studio apartment in Ditmas Park/Prospect Park South area. 2 minute walk to subway, Q train (Church Ave) 20 minutes by subway (B or Q line) to Manhattan. Close to a nice area with bars and restaurants.
New Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress
Elevator in building. Laundry room is on the same floor as apartment. Very convinient.
Currently updating photos of apartment and information.
The futon folds flat into a bed.
City bike station is 1 block away
