Perfect location and surprisingly quiet for NYC East Village studio apartment. Steps away from St Marks and the historic Tompkins Square Park A few blocks from almost every Manhattan train line. Great bars, restaurants, cafe, delis are all nearby. Pre-war building one flight walk up, laundromat just around the corner. I have lived here for many years , so this is the place if you want to live like a local!
