It's located on 17th floor of Brighton, in Kingston Resort. The spectacular ocean views can be seen from the breakfast bar, dining area, living room and main bedroom. Your private balcony has a table and seating enjoy reading a book, working or studying remotely. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Wonderful vacation for our family of 6!

We love this condo! What a great place to spend a week! This is our second time staying here. The weather was more agreeable than last time when we stayed through a hurricane. Lots of fun days at the beach and plenty of room and things to do when we’re in the room. We had a great time!

Perfect spot for a getaway!

We spent a long weekend here with our son as well as good friends and their two boys - great location for families! Plenty of room for everyone and the proximity to the beach was amazing. All three kids loved it and the parents loved the amazing balcony after the kids went to bed. Will def book again!

My Family absolutely LOVED this property! Everything was better than the details listed for the property. The view is gorgeous! The crowd is manageable. Wonderful property! Super comfortable and clean. We have stayed at Kingston Plantation many times for a conference I often attend. This was by far one of our favorite if not our favorite property. And with an unexpected illness the day of checkout - management and the cleaning crew were very understanding. Can’t thank you enough! VRBO people - check it out!

Nice area

Kingston Plantation is an interesting roughly 140 acre gated community which includes a long stretch of beach. It is also close to the Appache Pier. The complex had a couple of man made lakes/ponds which were home to many types of birds. There are lots of walking paths as well and regular security patrols. The high rise building we were in has nice balconies, our unit having one that ran in a 90 degree fashion so that it faced in two different directions. Our unit could use with some bathroom updating, but other than that, it was quite nice. Staff were friendly and excellent. Building was nicely kept and clean.

Beautiful!

The condo is fabulous, as well as the facility and grounds. Beautiful views of the Atlantic with an abundant amount of peacefulness. There was miscommunication between the management and their staff on our paid and approved early arrival. We arrived to a dirty condo, but after a half hour of calling different numbers, we finally spoke with someone who asked us to leave and come back at a later time, so cleaning staff could come in. Inconvenient and stressful as that extra time was part of our vacation plan. Owner offered to send us a pizza dinner for the following night but it never came so another few hours wasted. However, we would book this unit again as it has such stunning views and accommodates our needs perfectly. This was our second stay and as stated earlier, would book again.

My family has been coming to Myrtle Beach to vacation for the past 25 years. It has always been our dream to one day own our own condo in a place that is so special to us. That dream finally came true in 2017.

We want to share this wonderful place with everyone and hope you are able to create as many priceless family memories as we have.

Why they chose this property

Brighton Tower has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
