Our 2 expansive patio decks, each with its own gas grill and comfortable furniture, overlook the village and this magnificent ski mountain. Plenty of storage and closet space, including spacious ski cubbies for all of your gear. A surround sound stereo-system, charming bar area, and a laundry room with 2 sets of washer/dryers will help to make you feel at home. Guests at Sun Vail have access to our large, year-round outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs and redwood sauna, all with incredible views of the mountain. Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
