Beautiful house with a gorgeous view. The house was very clean and had many amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The deck, hot tub and fire pit were just what we needed. Denise was very communicative and check in/check out was very easy.

This was a beautifully maintained lake house. We stayed four nights and it was very peaceful and quiet in the area. We are thinking of booking it again!

The house was even better than the pictures. The outdoor living space was especially wonderful. We loved being able to kayak with our kids and then cook smores. We also loved the location. We were within 30 minutes of great hikes and restaurants. All in all, great trip.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and spacious, and the location was great. We rented a pontoon boat for a day from the marina a few doors down. We thoroughly enjoyed using the kayaks and hot tub. The lake was quiet and great for fishing.

Lovely cottage, but the anxious owner was vigilant about watching the ring door camera and spying our coming & goings.

Hi, I have read your review of your stay. I am very disappointed that you gave us a poor review. We work very hard to ensure that all guests have a clean, well-cared for home. We have to have a camera as some people take advantage as you have, you left our home dirty in the main living area. You did not take hygienic care of the babies' diapers, garbage overflow, allowed the children to tear items apart, etc. and you left a significant stain on the white rug and used the white bath towels to try and clean it up. Of course, the stains will not come out. Legally I could have turned all of these plus more items into the insurance company that you paid for. But I have not. Nor did I write this in your review! The reason for the camera is to ensure that only those you say will be in the home as guests is what you do. WHY? I have had 4 family members who lost their lives in a home fire and the responders could not find one of them during the fire. A beautiful family gone! So, call me a concerned owner. But what you have written is unfair and mean spirited, I fulfilled the contract, you did not. I am sorry you felt this way. I hope you and your family have a fun filled summer! :)

Relaxing, peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment, great for a getaway or family stay during Syracuse University graduation weekend. Lovely lake view, great deck, patio, jacuzzi, warm fireplace inside, an easy access social kitchen. Note: need to be able to climb stairs to access beds.

The cottage is gorgeous and in excellent location near Skaeneatles. All rooms were sparkling clean, kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed using the kayaks.

Great Time

Loved everything about this place and the Host was very responsive. Nicely furnished with enough room for the 6 of us. Access to the water was super great especially for the 2 kids. Would definitely stay again.

The house and property are beautiful. Everything was spotless and our stay was perfect. Denise is very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again without hesitation. It was about a 30 min ride to Syracuse University, we stayed here for parents weekend.

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect and had everything we needed, and more, for a great vacation. We enjoyed kayaking, SUPing and floating on the lake, using the hot tub and playing cornhole, visiting Skaneateles and renting a boat on Owasco Lake. We did some hiking nearby and enjoyed great local restaurants. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Loved the lake

This house was great for our family’s stay. We loved spending time out in the back yard and using the kayaks! The open kitchen was great for socializing while making meals. Host is very friendly. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Lake front property.

Beautiful home right on the lake. The kids loved the fishing and the fire pit. The views were equally beautiful. The owners were easy going and responsive.
