Lovely home with everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place exceeded our expectations based on the photos. The kitchen is well stocked, the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Great house in a quiet location

This house was comfortable, clean, and located in a quiet part of Sunriver. It was conveniently located near the north store for needed essentials and had a feeling of privacy due to being on a corner lot. We'd love to stay again.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

This house is the perfect size for 2 couples in a quiet area of Sunriver. Easy to get around lots of bike and walking paths to take advantage of. Bend is only 15 minutes away and mt Bachelor is an easy drive.

Cozy property and adequate for my husband and I for a long weekend. Clean, good location. Home equipped with all the basics. No A/C, and no hot tub. However, pet friendly and met all the needs for a short Sunriver visit.

Nice house in great location

Property is well maintained and well stocked. It was great to have bikes at the property but it would have been nice to have a bike lock to ensure the bikes were secure. Great property though, would stay again.

Comfortable home in a great location right next to a walking path. 2 great bikes..8 min drive to Sharc water park. House doesn't have hot tub but in heat that was non issue. We had 90 heat and home was still Comfortable without AC. Portable AC in master was wonderful!!! Bed a little too firm for me in master but still slept well. The Portable fans worked well just for comfy airflow.Given dog-friendly house it would have been so nice if the privacy wall on the deck also had gates to keep dog safe from running away vs being on a leash while we hung outside. Master bath has been beautifully renovated however not having a door on the bathroom and an open shower concept is a bit awkward unless you're sharing with a spouse/significant other. I shared room with daughter.

Great House

I stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. Perfect size house for my fiancé and I and our pup. I’ve never stayed on that end of the sunriver resort but we were still able to enjoy a long bike ride on the bike paths. Great house, I’d stay there again. Thanks!

The space/ place was better than expected and nice location. It was very warm when we first got there but opening all the windows at night and keeping the blinds closed helped during the days of our stay. We used the 2 bikes extensively.

Nice small house in Sunriver

The house is located in the NE quadrant of the development and is away from the hustle and bustle at the center. It was nice and quiet and we could see the stars every night. Furnishings were functional and easy to use.

Clean and functional!

Loved the neighborhood and extreme cleanliness of the house. We were welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, fully stocked house with conveniences. The two beds were comfy, had nice linens and pillows. It was a great spot for the dogs and our 2 year old.

Fabulous Home, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Well-stocked for cooking, beautiful updated primary bathroom, private deck, great location, comfortable furniture, huge garage and close to the grocery store. We stayed cool with the fans despite it being 95 degrees. Bennington Properties was always available if we had questions about the home or activities in Sunriver. We had such a great time!
