Apartment Krause is a lovingly furnished, fully equipped, renovated in 2018, quietly located vacation home. You live in the immediate vicinity of the Wadden Sea and the Munkmarscher harbor, with its sporting opportunities, such as sailing, surfing or kite surfing. Whether by bus, on pedes, by bike or by car; all other island locations can be reached quickly and easily from here. Shops can be found in Keitum, 1.5 km away, where you can also go shopping. Relaxing and switching off is definitely best in the Krause apartment.

Silvester 2025/2026 im App. Krause

Auch dieses Jahr verbrachten wir wieder eine Woche über Silvester im Appartement Krause auf Sylt. Bereits beim Betreten der Ferienwohnung stellte sich ein angenehmes Gefühl des Nach-Hause-Kommens ein. Die Wohnung präsentierte sich wie gewohnt in einem gepflegten Zustand und überzeugt weiterhin durch ihre hochwertige, durchdachte und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Das bereitgestellte Wäschepaket war mehr als ausreichend bemessen. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche lagen bereits Geschirrtücher, ein Topfschwamm und ein Wischtuch bereit, sodass wir direkt mit dem Auspacken und Einleben beginnen konnten. Eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit im Wohnzimmer sorgte für eine besondere Begrüßung und unterstrich die herzliche Atmosphäre im Appartement. Nach der langen Anreise richteten wir uns zügig und gemütlich ein. Besonders unser Hund freute sich nach der Autofahrt auf einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang am nahegelegenen Strand. Währenddessen genossen wir die wohltuende Stille, unterbrochen nur vom sanften Rauschen der Wellen. Für alle, die die Natur und Ruhe in unmittelbarer Nähe zum lebendigen Treiben suchen, ist das Appartement Krause der perfekte Rückzugsort auf Sylt.

Wir waren mit der Un...

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft voll zufrieden, Lage, Ausstattung, Komfort, alles hat gepasst. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. (Anmerkung: die steile Treppe vom Unteren in das obere Stockwerk ist nicht für jedermann geeignet) Der Buchungsprozess,die Kommunikation mit dem Sylt- Team und das Übergabeprocedere waren problemlos.

Sehr gut

Das Appartement liegt in einem gepflegten und ruhigen Mehrhäuser-Areal in sehr guter Lage zum Strand. Ein kleines Lokal, „ Zur Mühle“, erreicht man um die Ecke. Leider konnten wir es nicht testen. Wegen Betriebsferien bis März haben sie geschlossen. Westerland erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten und auf der Strecke gibt es einige Supermärkte. Das Appartement ist sehr ansprechend und behaglich eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles, was man sich wünscht. Geschirr und Besteck ist großzügig für 4 Personen vorhanden. Über den Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne. Für das Öffnen der Schiebetür benötigten wir etwas Beistand, da wir dieses geniale Patent nicht kannten. Der Platz im Badezimmer mit Dusche ist etwas beengt bei 4 Personen. Für uns war es okay, da wir zu zweit waren. Das Team vom Sylt-Appartements ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in und Check-out ist einfach und unkompliziert . Wir hatten eine großartige Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage

Das Appartement liegt ruhig und Strandnah (ca. 5 min) Küche und Wohn-Essbereich sind sehr ansprechend. Der kleine Balkon hat einen schönen Blick ins Grüne. Das Badezimmer incl. Dusche ist klein. Für sehr große Menschen ehr ungeeignet. Mir hat das Appartement sehr gut gefallen und ich kann eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Sommer auf Sylt

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in Munkmarsch. Das Appartement ist sehr gut für 4 Personen und liegt zentral. An Ausstattung ist (fast) alles da, was man braucht.

Verpflegung

Schönes, praktisches und gut ausgestattetes Appartement, vielleicht für andere der Hinweis: in direkter Umgebung gibt es ein Restaurant, das um 17.00 schließt und ein teures Restaurant, die uns sagten, dass sie uns um 20.00 kein Essen mehr anbieten könnten. Also: An Verpflegung am Anreisetag denken (wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs).
