Our waterfront oasis is a professionally designed 2300 square foot home with a heated pool and spectacular ocean views! Newly remodeled with the goal of being the ultimate space to gather with friends and family everyone will have an experience they’ll never forget! Conveniently located 2 miles from St Pete Beach, 5 miles from downtown St Petersburg and within walking distance to the market!

With high-end furnishings, the coastal open concept features a fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, dining area for 10, a leisurely sunroom, large family room with a new 65” HD Smart TV and a well stocked game room perfect for striking up some healthy competition!

Enjoy all that the outdoors has to offer by fishing off the dock, relaxing or partying it up by the pool, grilling your favorite meal on the deck and gathering at the outdoor dining space as the beautiful live oak trees offer full shade all day long. And to top it all off the friendly neighborhood resident ducks, manatees and dolphins may pay you a visit!

This rental is perfect for anyone that is looking to get out on the water. We were able to dock our boat right out in the back and made our two day last minute boating trip a breeze. Plus it was centrally located near many great dinner spots. Can't recommend this rental enough!

We had an excellent experience during our weekend stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything was very clean, organized, and exactly as shown in the photos. The house is comfortable, cozy, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family.Communication with the host was quick and clear at all times, which made the whole process very easy. The location is ideal, quiet, and safe. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the common areas were well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. It was a wonderful weekend.

Wonderful getaway!

We had 8 people for our family vacation and there was plenty of space for everyone. There are huge windows that bring in so much natural light and provide a beautiful view of the water. The fully equipped kitchen was a great size for all the cooks we had involved with preparing meals. We spent each night playing games provided by the host. There are two huge trees in the backyard that provide the perfect amount of shade all day. Highly recommended and will be a great time for a group!

Beautiful home on the water with a heated pool. My son spent hours in the pool and even caught a few fish from the dock. Short 10 minute drive to St Pete beach. Very clean spacious home that has been recently updated. Don’t miss out on this property for your next St Pete trip!!
