Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this stunning oasis overlooks 150’ of seawall with spectacular views. Take a dip in the waterfront pool while burgers sizzle in the luxe outdoor kitchen. Or watch dolphins and pelicans from the well-appointed covered patio.



Comfy coastal décor and an abundance of natural light fill the interior of this chic getaway. The Great Room offers multiple seating areas -- unwind on the reclining leather sofa or love seat, then watch shows on a 73” smart TV with cable and streaming services. The gourmet kitchen is complete with high-end appliances, including a stainless steel double oven and French-door fridge.



This home offers an accessible layout and features such as single level floor plan, no stairs, portable folding wheelchair ramp for easy access to and from patio area, ADA compliant portable shower chair, and built-in grab bars for the primary bedroom toilet. Except for the dock, outdoor areas including all seating areas, the BBQ grill and fire pit are wheelchair and walker accessible.



While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen island and chill favorite bottles in the wine fridge. Or concoct a refreshing drink at the entertainment bar. A stylish dining table seats up to six.



This one-story home comfortably sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite features Intracoastal views, a king bed, a 55” TV, and a sitting area. Sliding doors lead directly to the tranquil pool area. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, double vanity, and an adjacent walk-in closet.



The second bedroom holds a king bed and writing desk with a charging station. This room also features Intracoastal views and direct access to the pool area. The third bedroom has two queen beds and ample closet storage. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.



The heart of this beautiful coastal home is the outdoor area, featuring a wide-arch 150’ seawall that overlooks scenic canals and waterways.



A covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and ceiling fans provides the perfect spot to hang out year-round. Fire up the built-in gas grill and host a cookout. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the smart TV or take a dip in the sparkling pool (6’-deep). Roast marshmallows at the brick fire pit while enjoying the amazing waterfront views.

Nice waterfront property

Nicely appointed home with new upgrades. Outside area was perfect for hanging out or playing in the pool. Saw dolphins on several occasions and even manatees one day.

Perfect for everything…

…watching sunrise across the water with a cup of coffee, entertaining guests on a fantastic back porch, close to beaches, restaurants and downtown St Pete (20 min), which was spectacular!

The home that saved my vacation

House is beautiful and clean. Our family of six had more space than we needed. All the beds are very comfortable. The layout of the house is perfect. The pool was the best part of ihe vacation it sits in a great place with great views. My kids loved the back pool area and spent most of their vacation there and didn’t ask to do much of anything else which let us relax and enjoy vacation. I will definitely book this property again.

Peace and dolphins

We loved it. The pool is saltwater and the birds come and drink from it and there are anhingas, ibises, gulls, ducks, herons pelicans visiting. The nearby Sloppy Joe’s and Ricky J restaurants are perfect for the vibe and the food is perfect for that full calorie blowout feast

The location of the house is perfect walking distance to the beach, place to eat and a short drive to everything else you would need. We loved it so much we are going back next year for three months!!!

Lovely Portofino

We had the pleasure of a post-hurricane stay at Portofino in March and April 2025, and this property was absolutely stunning.The home has clearly been thoughtfully refreshed and is very welcoming.Virtually everything, both inside and out, was brand new-from the stylish, furnishings to the modern appliances.The outdoor space is a true highlight. The patio is beautifully designed and features an outdoor kitchen, ample seating for relaxing or dining, and a pool- perfect for unwinding. We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings - such a cozy touch. The view from the home is just spectacular. We saw dolphins, snowy white egrets, pelicans & other wildlife right from the patio. Mornings brought a beautiful sunrise over the water—we looked forward to it and loved snappingphotos to share with family and friends.Inside, the home is very spacious with a smart layout that made our stay comfortable and easy. The master suite is located on one side of the house for added privacy, while two additional large bedrooms witha shared bathroom are on the other.The garage was immaculate and included a brand-new washer and dryer. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. It's clear a lot of care went into restoring and upgrading it after the hurricane. We felt lucky to stay in such a peaceful and beautifull home.We are already looking forward to coming back-and booked a full month for next year!
