Relaxation at its best!

We loved our stay - with the pool in the back and high hedges for privacy and wind protection to the patio in the front with spectacular views of the mountains. Close to Ralph's and walking distance to a a fun playground. We'll be back!

Graduation Spring Break

Wonderful home. Great house layout. Many outside seating areas. Outdoor patio with heaters easy to use, wonderful location for morning coffee and after dinner games.

Better Than Expected

We brought our teen girls and pups out to PS for Thanksgiving and the house was GREAT. It was immaculate and SO much cuter than the photos impart! It was more intimate and warm than we anticipated. The outdoor seating, pool, hot tub, landscaping, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and inviting. The space also allows for hanging as a group as well as having down time in separate areas. Michelle was also super responsive and easy to chat with. Would stay again!

Excellent property in Palm Springs

This is a well-appointed property. Nice and sizable pool set in decent sized and private back-yard. Everything worked great. We had paid for the pool heating and the pool was consistently at 85degF for our whole stay. Hot tub easily controlled by app and very quickly would heat to 103degF. Main bedrooms were good size - the master had a den/office off it. The attached casita was really nice too. We also had access to a virtually empty large double-garage too - great to be able to leave our bikes and one of the cars in there. (note the garage entry door is low so don't try and park an SUV in there!) House has been nicely modernized. It's relatively close to airport, but to be honest there doesn't seem to be that many flights in and out of Palm Springs and since house is tangential to runway we barely registered any aircraft noise. We initially had wrong code for lock-box, but this was rectified within minutes and so access was actually quite easy. Bottom line - we'd stay here again
